~Kirrily POV~

“I think I should go,” Samantha wiped her eyes with the back of her hand and didn’t even glance at me once. With that she recovered her composure and walked out of the ladies’ room elegantly.

I tried phoning Kendra but was diverted to voicemail. She was probably bombarded with questions as well.

Oh goodness what have I done now?

~Narrator POV~

Samantha tugged on Niall’s arm and dragged him to a secluded corner of a long corridor.

“Niall, I can’t say I’m mad at you, I’m just really confused. What is going on? Can you, like, provide me with an explanation of some sort? I mean, at least if you’re really going after your childhood friend, I guess I at least deserve to know why?” Samantha threw her hands up in the air in frustration.

Niall slammed his forehead onto his palm. “I, I don’t even know if she’s…Kirrily.” He sighed. “I’m sorry, Samantha, but I really don’t even know if I know her from somewhere. I reckon she felt familiar, but, why would a childhood friend lie to me?” He had just as many questions as she did.

Samantha sighed, shaking her head. “Look, this Kirrily Sheridan, she’s here with a friend. The friend she was with last night at the club with you and I don’t know whatever the hell happened last night, but she’s going to be in the same room as we are. Please, Niall, just figure out what’s happening, whoever that mystery girl is. Until then, I’m not going to put up with this drama.” She said firmly.

Niall was wordless, having nothing to say. “I didn’t kiss her, I was drunk, so, I really don’t know anything. I’m, I’m sorry,” he frowned and looked sad.

Samantha held a hand up to stop Niall. “It’s alright, I don’t, I don’t blame you, actually, but, I just really don’t think the time is right for us to continue, you know, dating. So, Niall, I’m ending this relationship with you. Please don’t ever think that this is your fault. My world is just a mess right now and I’m breaking up with you.”

~Kirrily POV~

“Well, we’ll still have to interview the cast.” Kendra pointed out. “So pull yourself together! Nothing is confirmed at the minute and you don’t have to say anything about it. After all, you and Niall didn’t actually kiss, so technically…” Kendra hesitated. “You’re not the cause of their breakup, should there even be one.”

I slumped onto the lounge.“Maybe you should talk to Niall about it?” Kendra suggested, sitting next to me.

“That’ll spoil my cover. Or perhaps it’s already ruined. He was drunk last night, but he sounded certain when he said he knew who I was when we were dancing last night. He was almost sure.”

“That’s exactly why you need to speak to him. To find out if he really knows who you are.”

“And if he does? I’ve already messed up on the plane. Man, this is going to be awkward.” My palms sweated.

“It’s not. Here’s my plan. After asking him how he and his band mates are doing, and all those stuff that James had suggested, I’m going to message you, so you can check your phone and show him articles about the two of you, and discuss what you want to tell the media.” She explained.

“You sure about this?” I bit my lip.

“Yep, I have your back. You can count on me!” Kendra gave me a pat as we walked out of the restroom.

~An hour later~

~Kendra POV~

“I love Jennifer Lawrence!” Kirrily fangirl-ed.
