students cheered, some shouted his name in order to gain his attention, some even fainting just by getting a wave

What a celebrity..

How can he be so cool and at the same time be so humble

Fame never got to his head, he just does what he does

I sat in the bleachers, smiling as i watched my friend play against people

I was always there

Every competition, never missed one

Win or lose, i was there

"you'll be fine! You can win the next match" i ruffle jungwon's hair making him laugh as we both walk away from the gymnasium, away from the people cheering for the person who won first place

I sometimes wonder why he was friends with me

I wonder why i was friends with them

Jake the english major, always had a medal with him

Heeseung the math wizard, had trophies to take home every competition

Ni-ki the arts master, takes home the first place medal every single time

Sunoo the recite boy, gets ribbons for being the most active in class

Jay the quiet but smart, he may be quiet in class but once you call him he'll get it right every single time even if it involves math formulas

Jungwon the ace, just by the nickname you already know..

Me.. Well..

Regular teenage boy, i don't have good grades nor do i have bad grades

I'm not athletic or a gamer

Heeseung and jay were busy laughing at the finish line, jake and ni-ki had their own world while jungwon had his hands on his hips waiting for me to arrive

Joining their friendly run was like embarrasing myself..

I breathlessly ran through the long school garden, my pace slowing down

God why am i so lame

"you good?" heeseung shouted making jay laugh with the others

With my last strength, i take one more step before falling on the ground

I take deep breaths while i lay on the ground, my eyes slowly opening when i hear hurried steps

"are you okay?"

Jungwon kneeled beside me, looking down at me genuinely worried

I nod with a laugh "you don't have to force yourself really" he quietly says before pulling me up

Thank you..

"I'm fine" i dismissed making him scoff "talk to the hand, park" he replied

We laughed

Maybe the nickname the other students gave me does suit me

...

A quiet sigh escaped my lips as i walk through the halls with my friends

I felt someone tap my shoulders lightly, i look and see jungwon holding a thumbs up with a are-you-okay look, i nod "i don't let them affect me anyway, there are other matters much more important to me than listen to what they have to say" i said with a shrug, jungwon only stared at me

He probably thinks I'm cringe

"i have a competition later! You all should definitely come!" heeseung suddenly said looking up at his phone "really? What time?" sunoo asked, i looked over to heeseung

"2pm i was accepted in the match just now"

Jungwon also has a match later at 3pm

I looked over to him, he only looked at heeseung with an amazed expression

The girls cheered for jungwon's second match

I watched carefully on the bleachers as the host slowly announced the winners

"Yang Jungwon!" the host announced

Everyone cheered louder than ever

I noticed jungwon looking around

He suddenly looked up to me with a surprised look

Slowly he smiled softly before lifting his trophy up

Jungwon.. You're so cool
