Luna was having the hardest time trying to get Eddie out of his shell; her last resort was doing the risky photo that Hen and Athena suggested. It didn't help that Athena was constantly pestering her about it. She was happy to have her partner back and she even suggested they go by the fire house to see if Hen was there or if anyone had spoken with her. Of course Athena was fixing Luna's makeup and hair before they walked in. She wanted her to be with Eddie or anyone that made her happy.
Luna wouldn't try that hard in the looks department, she felt she was pretty already. But sometimes a little bit of lipstick does wonders for a girl's complexion. Athena applied some lipstick and a nice but subtle smokey eye with winged liner to Luna's face. She had her hair slicked back and tucked into a bun. Luna Jennings looked Hot, with two t's she was turning heads when they walked in the door.
"Hey, everybody."
" Hey." Bobby replies Eddie was choking on his water in his seat at the sight of Luna which made Athena smirk.
"Well, look who's back on the beat!"
" Just thought we'd stop by, see if there's any word on our girl, Hen." Athena speaks up.
" You talk to her?" Chim asks as Athena's phone bleeps.
"No, I try, but all she wants to talk about is-- "
"The girl, yeah, I got that too."
" Ooh, ooh, May just sent me a copy of her college essay." Athena is jumping with joy as Luna is smiling.
" She emailed it to you?" Bobby asks, confused.
" I guess she was too nervous to watch me read it in person."
" I remember the drama when my sister was applying to college. Think that's half the reason why I decided to join the army." Eddie says as Luna nods she was sitting down on the couch next to Chimney thumbing through her phone. Eddie decides to text her.
Luna was playing candy crush when she saw a text from Eddie on the screen. "You look nice today."
She smiles which gets noticed by Eddie the others were two busy talking to each other to notice.
"Really? Just nice?" she quirks a brow and sends it before going back to her game.
Eddie's phone vibrates and she sees the smirk on his face as he types out his reply. "My apologizes nice is too basic of a word you look out of this world gorgeous."
Luna starts laughing at her phone which doesnt help in the situation because well Athena was talking about Murdering May. Everyone just stares at her before Bobby takes the phone from his wife's hand.
"Living with the Enemy." I thought her essay was about the tsunami."
