"Was she better than me?" Chapter Eleven: What The Heart Wants? 04x07: There Goes The Neighborhood.

The problem with being in love is that it plays tricks on you. It hurts you to your core or it makes you go crazy and for what. Because you are so in love with one person that it feels like this indescribable feeling and yet suddenly your crying over a whole ass person and for what. Because some goddamn fairy stuck a magic arrow in your ass and now your all googly eyes in love.
It's maddening especially when you're in love with someone who broke your heart, how can you do that how can you be in love with someone who broke you? Physically and emotionally and maybe even mentally. Luna Jennings Sergeant, and Paramedic Firefighter the list could literally go on. And it does for miles and miles but Luna had to make a choice, she could go back to L.A. and live her life there but what the hell would she do?
Would she become a police sergeant again and retake all her qualifications or would she stick to being a firefighter, which some people told her she was born to do she didn't believe them they were certainly right?
So what do you do when your life is at a crossroads?
Well, that's easy, you get bangs, dye your hair, get a tattoo, and start all the way over....Again.
Arriving on the call was different, usually, she would have a badge and gun but now she was in the action now, smack dab in the middle of it, all of it and now she was officially working with her ex, and yet things seemed to fall into place. She got herself a small apartment. Had her weekly therapy session. Dyed her hair, Got bangs, and got a cool tattoo in honor of leaving the 126 behind. She was learning bout herself and part of that learning was not sleeping with her ex no matter how hot he looked in his uniform or the sexy little grin he had on his face. She wasnt going to cave at least for now, she had a very nice sex toy to do the things that any man could do.
When they got the call of bleeding from their eyes they had to immediately get into hazmat gear which spooked one of the guys at the scene. He literally passed out apparently he assumed there was a plaque happening or something, which who could easily blame it looked that way. And trying to perform an in-field test on these women was proving to be difficult. The son finally wakes up and explains that the woman was smoking and that he smelled it when he came up. Luna and Buck look around and Buck holds up a joint which is pink.
"Puffer's Paradise."
"You buy from them too." One of the women asks.
"No, but we've been treating quite a few of their customers."
"- Is that a dispensary?" Buck asks.
"- Yeah, online. They got pretty popular during the March shutdown."
