(So finneeeee. Also no grammar check was made so be prepared for nonsense.)
As I wake up, a yawn escaped my lips. My eyes hurt as from the silent cries I let out through the night. I was so hurt. How could he? I thought her loved me. My mind thought many things.
"Are you almost done? Les has to use the bathroom." Sarah's voice traveled through the bathroom door.
I clears my throat, "Yeah sorry," I opened the bathroom door as Les ran in.
"David left earlier, and I need some help dropping off and picking up some things."
I smiled, "No problem. I need to get out anyways," I shrugged, "You know. Just to clear my mind."
She sighed shaking her head, "I still can't believe him."
I walked over to the table grabbing a bite of toast, "Same."
Sarah walked over picking up a basket, "Between you and me, I know you cried last night."
I choked, "What?" Shaking my head I put my toast down, "I apologize."
She looked at me confused, "I'm not shaming you for it. I just want to say I'm here for you."
"Maybe he'll find someone better someday." I sighed at the thought. It hurt knowing that all that went on between us was a lie.
Sarah knitted her eyebrows together, "Don't say that. He doesn't know what he is missing." Sarah assured me while putting some fabric into the basket, "Les hurry up now!" Sarah shouted while we made our way to the door.
"I'm coming!" Les ran out of the bathroom a few seconds later.
"Did you wash your hands?" Sarah questioned, tilting her head to the side.
Les whined, "It's not that big of a deal."
I smiled lightly, "Les listen to your sister. You have germs on you hands and that could get you sick if you don't wash them." I informed the boy as he sighed.
He shrugged, "Okay fine! But don't leave me!" Les shouted as he ran back into the bathroom.
Sarah smiled, "Thank you."
Sharing a smile back, I replied, "Well he needs to learn sooner or later."
"Right." She lightly laughed before Les ran out of the bathroom.
"Let's go!" Les grabbed Sarah's free hand before walking out of the apartment.
She laughed, "Les slow down! I can't walk that fast!"
I smiled at the too. I remember when me and Spot were that age. We didn't have to worry about a single thing in the world. We always had each other and that was all that mattered. Spot always protected me from the boys and bullies like he does now.
Les pulled out his sword and began swinging it around. Les let his imagine take over as he danced around and fought imaginary pirates. Meanwhile I walked beside Sarah as she started to hum a song. We was soon kicked out of thought when one of the Delancey brothers came up behind us.
"Excuse me sweet faces." He smiled at us two.
"Ignore him Sarah, he's no good." Sarah and I turned away from him and continued walking. I felt his presence get closer behind us, before I knew it the other was in front of us. We came to a stop as each one of them grabbed us.
"Hey beautiful. Your Jack's girl aren't you." One rubbed his thumb along my cheek.
"Yeah, where's your little brother Davey?" The other one said to Sarah.
One quickly knocked the basket out of Sarah's hands before grabbing us.
"Leave them alone!" Les pushed one off of Sarah. Les went to hit him, but he pushed him to the ground.
"Stop it!" Sarah shouted.
"Please leave them alone! I'm Jack's girl! That's what you want!" I kicked and elbowed the strong brother behind me.
"You stupid ape." Sarah punched one in the face, but it quickly lashed back and he began to chase her.
I quickly got loose and ran after her. One boy had Sarah pinned while one hit me in the face.
I quickly held my face as he laughed.
"Please stop!" Sarah cried out.
My body quickly fell to the ground after the force the was put on me.
"You being Jack's girl makes me want to hurt you more." He laughed before kicking me in my side.
Out of the corner of my eyes I see David quickly tackle the other brother. The boy got up fast hitting him in the stomach. I on the other hand had a fist met to my face.
"Stop it!" Sarah tried getting to me.
He got on top of me and hit me again, but I felt he was quickly let off of me. It was Jack. Jack pushed him in the face three times before striking him with his knee in the Delancey brothers stomach.
"Don't you ever touch her again!" He headbutted him with all of his might.
I felt a single tear fall down my cheek. I don't know if it was the face that my face was messed up pretty badly, or it was the fact the boy who hurt me stood in front of me. Jack helped Sarah and Les up before quickly kneeling on the ground beside me.
A sad look was carved into my face. I was hurt emotionally and physically. I looked down, and wiped the blood off of my lip.
"Y/n?" Jack barley whispered.
"You don't have to pretend to care." I felt like crying all over again. I helped myself up as Jack closed his eyes and sighed.
"You better run cowboy, were going to tell uncle weas!" One of the brothers shouted while Jack helped David up.
Sarah pulled me into a hug, "It's going to be okay." She whispered in my ear.
"You'll be in the refugee by supper time!" The other shouted before Jack scared them off.
"What couldn't stay away?" David held his stomach eyeing Jack, "Haven't you hurt us enough."
I could feel Jack looking at me, but my eyes were set away from him.
(There will be one chapter left. I apologize for that, but it is a short movie, and I tried my best adding details to make it longer, but it didn't really work. So, sorry. Like said above, no grammar check.)
