We see Armaros thinking, his hand on his chin processing what the man told him. He turns to the man in front of him a tall man with fair skin and a stern expression, his eyes are blue like aquamarine gems, and his hair is as white as snow and he is wearing a long black coat over his white turtleneck, with black pants and boots. There are splashes of blue here and there on his outfit. This man is Kevin, a warrior of the Previous Era and the Founder of the Kaslana bloodline.
Armaros:"What you told me about this Project Stigma, it's very impressive"
Kevin:"Do you think it's possible to make it happen?"
Armaros:"Yes it is possible to make this happened, but you still one problem you have, right?"
Kevin:"Yes, Artic Circle was damage by what the people of this era call the Second Impact, the radiation disrupts the flow of Honkai Energy. Do you think you can restore the Artic?"
Armaros laugh lightly.
Armaros:"Oh please, restoring it is childs play."
Kevin:"..."
Armaros:"Don't worry Mr. Warrior, I'll restore the Artic Circle and I will lend you my services. Do we have deal?"
He lifts his hand waiting for him to shake hands, Kevin look at the hand and then at him.
Kevin:"... There still one thing I want to ask"
Armaros:"What is it?"
Kevin:".... What is it do you want?"
Armaros:"Eternal peace"
He says without hesitating, Kevin then takes Armaros hand and they shake hands completing their deal.
Now, Arc City
Shinji and Mei are seen fighting against a group of Honkai Beast and Zombies, Mei uses whats left of her Herrscher power to kill two Chariots and three zombies in one strike. Shinji uses Balmung to finish of three Seraph-class Honkai Beast and a single Catapult, Shinji breaths in relief that was the last one.
Mei:"Shinji-kun, you alright?"
Shinji:"Yeah, I'm fine..... it's kind of strange there have been lots of attacks lately, have you notice?"
Mei nods, Shinji then notices something on the floor it is a syringe he picks it up and looks at it.
Shinji:"What is this doing here?"
He notices that there are some words, but also that there is also some remains of a strange substance.
Mei:"Let's take it to Tesla, maybe she can tell us what this is"

They arrive at their ship, Shinji already gave the syringe to Tesla so that she could analyse it, they have being waiting for 30 minutes for results. They hear the door opening and Tesla comes out from her lab.
Mei:"So Doctor, can you tell us what was inside that syringe?"
Tesla:"The syringe that you found is actually use for medical experimentation"
Shinji:"Medical experimentation?"
Tesla:"As for the substance.... Its a Mutation serum"
Everyone was shocked and that only meant one thing.
