Chapter 7 Gem of Desire

Misato:"Shinji is working for Schicksal!"

Misato said in her office as she talks with Kaji. The goverment agent looks at the window with a serious look.

Kaji:"That right, Shinji is now in enroll at St.Freya and training to fight the Honkai. More importantly the Third Angel that was held captive in Antartic Base almost escape, we had to sacrifice unit-05 to destroyed"

Misato:"And the Pilot?"

Kaji:"She is alive, she is now the pilot for the now complete evangelion unit-08"

Misato is surprise, unit-08 is now complete. Which meant that they can still fight The Angels without the third child and unit-01. Kaji begins to leave but not before leaving a tape recording on the table, Misato takes it and asks him.

Misato:"What is this?"

Kaji:"That is a recording of the meeting that the Overseer and the commander, they mentioned something about Shinji that none of us knew"

A shocked expression appear on Misato, something that none of them knew about Shinji.

Schicksal Oceania Branch

In a deserted town that has being destroyed we see our four heroes walking around the ruined town.

Shinji:"So what is so important about the gem of desire?"

Mei:"Do you remember the class lesson about Herrschers?"

Shinji nods and Mei explains.

Mei:"The gem of desire is the core of a Herrscher, each Herrscher as a gem of their own. The gems are their core and the source of their power"

Shinji:"But I don't understand why would a Human side with the Honkai, why?"

Shinji was confuse at the matter of the Herrscher, humans who have being consume by the will of Honkai and obtained godlike power. To others they seemed like monster, but Shinji saw that they were Human beings. The three girls saw the conflict in Shinji's eyes, Mei has being silent that she is actually Herrscher herself to Shinji. Kiana softly punches Shinji shoulder.

Kiana:"If they do that, then we will beat the Honkai out of them, okay"

She said smiling at him, Shinji softly smiles back.

Bronya:"The Bronya has found where the Gem is we need to follow the signal"

They follow the signal fighting Honkai Beasts and Zombies as they get closer to finding the Gem. When they arrive they see a girl in wheelchair.

Mei:"Eh? A girl out here, in that condition we need to help her"

They approach the girl, the girl take notice of this and asks them.

???:"Who are you people?"

Shinji:"Don't worry we are from St.Freya we came to help"

Bronya:"Wait a minute! The signal of the gem of desire is coming from her"

The Moon

Outside of Earth a Nerv Space Shuttle comes to the construction site of the Evangelion Mark.06. Inside the ship is Gendo and Fuyutsuki, they look at the almost finished EVA.

Fuyutsuki:"It seems that the Mark.06 is coming along, but why built it here?"

Gendo:"SEELE doesn't want anyone to discover of Mark.06 existence and it's true nature"

Fuyutsuki:"The old men have always being secretive, they went from creating replicas of gods to creating one, they really want to start the Third Impact before the Fourteenth Herrscher awakens"
