Frost-Breath came flying towards your face. Oh three moons I'm in trouble. You ducked down your head afraid if you didn't you would possibly die. But instead of feeling an icy death, you felt nothing. You remember fighting a dragon like this in the war, your best friend. It was a forbidden friend-ship she was a Mud-Wing named Fern, she was beautiful. You had met her when you decided to take a flight around the border of the Sky-Wing kingdom. You remembered it as if it was yesterday, you where walking and admiring the flowers when you felt a huge force looming above you, you looked in her beautiful amber eyes that stood out despite the twinkling stars that shone in the dark night. Her face was soft and perfect, her snout curved in an adorable way, you felt yourself heat up despite being an Ice-Wing. Her talons relaxed and let you go when she realized you weren't going to hurt her as you two sat down she broke the silence. "Why are you out here?" she asked, yet she hadn't said it with any hostility in her voice instead it was sweet and curious, "Oh... I just couldn't sleep." she looked at you with sympathetic eyes "Oh me neither" you shot her a friendly smile and she returned it with a grin. "What's your name?" you asked her wanting to know more about the strange Mud-Wing that could have killed you with no mercy. "Fern, and yours?" she asked with a tilt of her head, "(Y/N)." she smiled and looked at you and you did the same, "Well (Y/N) can I see you again?" you smiled upon hearing this "Of course." she gave you a smile and you returned the smile, she wore a sapphire earring that matched her perfect light brown scales but also made them stand out. The sapphire earring held by a silver clasp twinkled in the moonlight, she must have saw this because she said, "Here so when we met her again I can can see you shining in the dark." whilst removing her earring "Oh! Thank you but no. I can't take your treasure you must have payed so much to get it." you said with a frown, "Oh no! Don't worry its ok! I have the other one in my sleep house, please take it" she held it close to your talons and you took it and put it on. You saw how she stared at you in awe, you shrunk smaller and felt the same heating up feeling, "You look beautiful," she muttered then noticed what she said and stuttered out, "OH! Um I-I mean it looks g-good on you." she gave a shy laugh but you smiled at her. " I have to go, sorry. See you tomorrow (Y/N)." she smiled, "See you tomorrow Fern." you exchanged smiles and before she took off in the air she held your talons in hers and gave them a little squeeze and took off in the air, her wing beats getting further and further away, and you smiled at the thought of seeing her tomorrow. You snapped out of your thoughts and stretched your claw out to Polar Bear, you got his pale blue icicle like horns in your talons. You pinned down his wings with you hind legs, just then you realized you had a wide sadistic grin plastered on your face and quickly crushed it into an expressionless glare. You saw as his wide open as he realized that you could easily snap his neck and kill him right now, you leaned down and whispered in his ear "Mess with me again and I wont hesitate to snap your neck." you saw him shudder and you gracefully slithered off of him. You saw something move from the corner of your eye, and when you lifted your head up there she was, Queen Glacier of the Ice-Wings. You instantly bowed and spread your wings, you had practiced this many times. The other Ice-Wings delayed and earned themselves a cold glare from the queen before bowing as you did. This was the scariest feeling ever not even fighting in the war scared you but you had the queen right there in front of you where she could easily snap you in half. You silently whispered in your mind

Everything will be just fine.
