Humanity is Cursed

 "Tsukasa..." Nene sighed as she showed me some weird fan fiction website. Some sort of archive, with many works of Rui and I. Odd. I noticed one particular fan fiction — what they call smut in internet slang, which made me cringe.

"What the hell." I cursed to myself. The shorter girl just nodded in agreement.

"The internet is pretty cursed." She said. She was completely right; who would make that indecent post? It's disgusting.

"Hiya!" Emu shouted as she and Rui approached the Wonder Stage. "What'cha talking about?" She wondered aloud.

"I was just showing Tsukasa something." Nene showed her phone to the pink-haired.

"Wandawhat..?" Emu tilted her head. Rui stood there in silent shock. "I shouldn't have asked." We nodded in agreement.

"So anyway, this thing has almost 10,000 views." Nene flatly stated.

"I knew I would be a world star... but not in this way!" I pouted, frustration evident. Rui did his stupid chuckle thing. It wasn't actually stupid, I was just mad.

"Well, anyway, let's get started!" Rui did his chuckle again. He started walking backstage.

"Wait." Nene stopped him. "There's this one where you are a vampire and you hold Tsukasa prisoner while also casting a love spell on him. You take him to your lair and get married, before hypnotizing him fully and sacrificing him to a demon." Rui and I just blinked. We couldn't do anything but stand in utter shock. "Oh yea, 20,000 views too."

I exaggerated a sigh. "Argh, why do people have to be so immature? Any world star would never post such ridiculous things."

"Oh? You're hyper, today, Tsu~" Rui teased. I wanted to smack him and kiss him at the same time. The feeling was common nowadays. It was really strange for me that I would want to do two opposite things at the same time and feel unhappy if I didn't execute them.

"Shut it." I huffed. He giggled before following my request. I loved and hated the silence. "Anyway, what are we thinking for next show? Should we do a autumn theme to welcome the fall?"

"Sure, but what kind of "autumn show"?" Nene asked.

"An exciting adventure!" I nearly yelled. "A performance that no one can forget if they tried — a true staple of Wonderland x Showtime!"

Nene sighed, but Emu seemed excited. "A farmer soon to harvest his crops could be taken into a fantasy world!" She suggested. "Great idea, Tsukasa! Wonderhoi!"

Rui chuckled. "Okay, we can do that."

I checked on A03 to actually see how depressing humanity is. I looked at the filter, and I soon regretted my decision. Disgusting was an understatement. So much indecency with so much views, did people actually live like that? Knowing that they "shipped" minors in that way; I'd be willing to pay for their therapy, and I bet that the others would, too. It was absolutely pathetic to be a part of the generation that made such cursed content.

Even so, there was nothing I could do, not counting the appealing report button on the bottom of the screen. I tapped on it. It asked me what fiction I wanted to report, but the URL was already filled in. Okay. I decided to go through with the report, and clicked the button to confirm. I wasn't going to let myself be inserted into perverted stories, nor was I going to let my fiancé in one.

The boy is mention appeared behind me. "Hiya, Tsu~" He leaned over to see my screen. "Oh? Idiots. I hope you intended to report or block the author, not actually read that sort of thing."

"Yea, just reported it. I never figured that we'd get inappropriate shipping fanfiction. I get it, I'm a star, but you've gotta be kidding!"

Rui chuckled. "I know, but I love you anyway."

"I love you too." I responded. Although we had some issues, it was proof that even in conflict, we'll still carry through.
