What should've happened

Chapter 10

When Albus enters the bathroom there is soft music coming from seemingly nowhere and light illuminating the ceiling in a soft glow, Gellert is laying back in the bath already while reading a book. "Where is the music coming from?" Albus was undressing and went over to get in with Gellert. He leans on the younger when Gellert puts his book down.

Gellert hums and lets the book float over to the vanity "magical hotel Albus" he kisses his shoulder and nips it. "I put lavender in the water if you don't mind" he wraps his arms around albus as he starts to relax more "I've missed you, as impossible it is to admit for me."

Albus laughs a bit and closes his eyes, letting Gellerts hands wander a bit "well you just did, and as much as you deny I have had an effect on you." he looks at Gellert "the boy I met at the beginning of the summer wouldn't have hesitated to kill in a duel". Albus smiles and lays back against him "I hope you're ready to change the world together."

"For the greater good my love" Gellert kisses his cheek "mm, you should grow a beard, I think it would suit you" he looks at Albus as the other wizard turns to face him "I think you would look even more ravishing with one."

Albus kisses him "a beard? I never thought of it before" he wets Gellerts hair and smells some shampoos choosing one "maybe because my father had one, I didn't want to remind my siblings too much about him" he washes Gellerts hair as the other leans back a bit and hums a random tune. Albus smiles a bit "you know if you're going to start taking me to high society events you have to teach me the ways of a pure blood"

"I would rather you be yourself, kis tűz" Gellert sits forward as Albus rinses his hair "but I will teach you how to eat, the way you eat is dreadful"

"The way I eat is normal," Albus laughs. He pushes Gellerts hair back and hums "I love your hair" he kisses him "and your lips"

Gellert kisses him back and pulls him close "let me wash your hair" he takes out shampoo and lathers it in Albus' hair, massaging his head.

When Albus wakes up again he expects it to be a dream and he is still in his small inn room. It wasn't a dream though, he was in a bed that was so comfortable it should be illegal, with covers that feel like almost nothing, and curled up with Gellert. He closes his eyes again and smiles a bit as he drifts in and out of sleep again.

Gellert wakes up around dawn and shuts the curtains with a wave of his hand since the sun was in his eyes. He looks at Albus, curled up under his arm, and kisses his head. He didn't think he could love anyone or anything more than he loves the brilliant Wizard curled up with him. For the first time he was thinking about his future, not just their plans but his life, a life with Albus in a house no, a palace in the middle of the mountains so no one could bother them unless they absolutely had to. He knows Albus would want kids and Gellert wants to give him anything he ever wants, so two beautiful and powerful children. But where would the children come from? Orphan children in the magical world are rare. Many have at least one Family member who wants to take them in, you would have to wait until a child shows their magic in the muggle world and that sometimes takes years if they haven't already suppressed it. Then there's surrogates but he doubts it would be able to see a woman pregnant with Albus' child and not kill her the second the baby is safe to live without their host. He didn't notice he had covered his eye until Albus' moved his hand. "When did you awake?"

"A couple of minutes ago, you were lost in thought. I like your eyes don't cover them" Albus kisses him and holds his hand gently. He lays back down with him and fixes the blankets "what were you thinking about?"

"Why would you like it, it's a genetic defect." Gellert pulls him closer and closes his eyes "and I was imagining our life"

"And that made you cover up your eye, why?" Albus sits up and stretches
