Before I knew it over three months had passed by. During this, I grew extremely comfortable with the Greco's. They treated me like family and even invited me over to their house on several occasions. My job was quite enjoyable, we had many regular customers, and with time I found myself knowing their names off by heart along with their likes and dislikes, which made the fussy ones more tolerable.

Everything seemed to be looking up. I receivedan advancement in pay and got the okay to fix some things in the apartment on my own. Along with purchasing a few small pieces of furniture, I wasable to buy a used sitting chair for in my bedroom, and I had gotten a different table and chair set to replace the previous one. I also wanted to buy one wooden stool to have for the counter in the kitchen so that I was able to eat in there, but the Greco's insisted I not waste my money and gave me one of the spares they had in their storage room.
