The sun rose and shine light through the window. Striker was already up and woke me up to train me with his gun and combat. We're outside, focusing my aim on the roof of the Motel and shooting at the target. Some I would miss and some I would hit the target, but not in the middle and he makes me do it again and again. "Can we eat something? Us assassins can't kill on empty stomach. You as an imp and assassin should know." "Just a little more then we'll go eat." "Come on! I can hear my stomach growling." "[sigh in frustration] Fine, Let's go get something to eat. We do have a long journey ahead of us."

I missed after hearing him say that as I was about to make a shot, I look up at him with shock. "Oh, don't look so shocked. I did mention it before." I look down in sadness then nod. "Yeah, you did. I just didn't think you meant it." " Let's go eat before we starve." We got off the roof, put the gun away, went to get breakfast, and ordered our food. "Where are we going anyway?" I ask. "Don't worry about it." Striker said. "I should be. You're taking me somewhere that could be the middle of nowhere." Our breakfast came and we started eating. After we were done we got the supplies that we need. Striker put a saddle on Bombproof, got on then helped me up to sit on his lap. We headed northeast. I'm embarrassed.

Time skip
It has been 7 hours now. We stopped at a place to eat and rest a bit, but we kept going. "Where are we going?" I ask. We argue a few times with me always asking "Are we there yet? or Where are we going?"  Striker pushes me off and had Bombproof walk without me. I fell face first, raised my head, and saw him leaving me. "whoa-HEY! What about me?!" I ran to them, it was easy since Bombproof was walking. "You wouldn't shut up, and I thought you needed some exercise." "You wouldn't answer my questions and how am I supposed to be calm at a time like this? Just answer my question then I'll be quiet. I'm a curious girl you know." Sticker sighs tiredly. "Fine. If I answer your questions, will you shut the fuck up?" I nod and gave him a serious look, he helps me up Bombproof, and gallops. "We're headed to meet up with someone I know and worked with long ago." "Are they going to help you kill Stolas?" "Well, yes...sort of. They'll get more bullets." "Okay...thank you for that clarification, but where is the place anyway? It's been seven hours and it'll get dark soon." I know that. It's a place where no one really knows and is small, but most stay away from it because imps there are more mobs and shoot out."

"If you need me then you better fucking protect me for Saint's sake you motherfucker." "I can leave you here if you like." I kept my mouth shut since I didn't want to be left behind. Striker smirked and gave him the finger with a smirk. He look away and huffed. I yawn, lean against Striker's chest, and nap, listening to his heartbeat without noticing. I got tired, Striker looked shocked, but didn't push me away or disturb me. He rolls his eyes in annoyance, but couldn't stop glancing at her, and hold her close. To him, Y/n looks so peaceful that needed to be protected. He felt something that he couldn't understand and couldn't shake off. It has now been 5 hours since Y/n took her nap, and she felt Bombproof stop. "Why are we stopping?" I ask. "The sun is going down. We'll be staying at this Inn." Stricker got his horse in a stable then we went in to rent a room. I look around and could see some mean cowboys, who look like they were itching to kill, I got close to Striker for protection.

He must've noticed and wrapped his tail around me close. We went into our room, I sat on the bed with a sigh of relief and fell backward. "I always wanted action and adventure and I'm getting it," I mumble. "Get used to it, gurl." Striker said while taking off his hat, coat, and vest. 'He heard me.' It was silent for two minutes, It got me thinking, 'How long have I been here?' I sat up and then looked at him, Striker is resting and he seems to feel my stare. He opens his eyes and looks back at me. "What?" "How long have I been here?" "Today is your second day and tomorrow would be your third day." "It felt more like that...I guess you lose track of time when this shit happens. What the dare anyway?" "Tuesday, The Harvest Moon Festival was on Sunday." "I'm missing school!" "Who cares." "I..." "Doll....why worry? You told me you were getting bullied. You're good at being an assassin." I look away from Striker thinking about what he just said. "We got a long road ahead of us. We need to get some sleep and before you ask any questions, we have two days to get there." "So, it was a three-day trip?!" He nods then went to sleep. I decided not to argue and just went to sleep.
