Unsaid Feelings
*Trigger warning*
Steve left for a week to do his reserve drills. Things had changed drastically since his departure. He was supposed to be returning home tomorrow but he arrived at his house today, to find it in a mess. He asked Danny to House sit. Which was definitely a bad idea.
Sera was busy, she was trying to find an outfit for Steve's first day back, she looked different she changed her hair and cut it a bit shorter. But she was still the same woman she was when he left. Steve was excited to see her as she was with Kono trying to track down where the primary crime scene for their vic was. They were in the rainforest.
"A leiomano-- it's a small paddle with shark teeth sewn around the edges. weapon of choice for Hawaiian warriors. 200 years ago."
" Question is, who has access to one today?" Steve's voice is heard Kono and Sera round the counter.
How about a hundred Hawaiian warriors?" Kono and Sera walk up, Steve's eyes lock immediately on Sera's figure. Boy did she look good.
Sera smirks at Steve. "Commander." she nods
"Lieutenant, that badge looks good on you."
"Thanks. She smiles as they continue through the forest and make it to the field. The two women lead the men to the original place where they were; it was a field full of Hawaiian warriors fighting. Max's face lit up like a christmas tree.
"Anyone want to reconsider my time travel hypothesis?"
Danny walks into the middle of the field and blows an Air Horn."Game off!" He waves his hands around.
" All right, collect everybody's weapons. Get everybody's info, and nobody leaves, okay? Nobody leaves." Steve called for some help from HPD and they sent out some more deputies.
Kono and Sera had to get back to work finding out where the actual Vic was killed. They knew why he was dressed like a warrior but not where he was killed, they took Max along with them.
