"This looks great, Griff!" I look at my plate. The aroma of freshly cooked macaroni fills my nose, making me realize just how famished I'd been. I guess with the way my day turned out, I was just too preoccupied to notice.

Either that or I just straight-up lost my appetite all together.

"I'm glad, cause you look hungry. Dig in, sis!"

I take out an amount I know I'll be able to clear, along with a slice of toast. I start eating straight away, and I'm immediately hit with the different savory flavors. Flavors that hit so well. This is one of the best meals I've ever had.

Griff's cooking can compete with that of Y/n's. I'm just waiting until they battle it out. And I'll judge. More food for me. Look at me — I've been hanging around Griff way too much.

I take another bite, chewing and swallowing. Only this time, I let out a large sigh without knowing it. "Woah, looks like someone's had a rough day." Griff says, taking a sip of his ice cold water.

I sigh again. This is something I said I'd tell him. So that's exactly what I'll do,"You have no idea, Griff."

He looks away from his food and turns his attention to me, "Everything alright?"

"Work's fine. It's the personal life that's going... a little weird, I'd say." Griffin nods his head and leans a tad forward to listen to me.

"Did something happen today?"

"I may or may not have ran into Niall on my way out of the studio today." At the mention of his name, I'm not the only one with a grimace on my face.

Griffin has always been somewhat protective of me, so the fact that Niall was one of the people to hurt me really made him want to drag his face through the mud.

"Well, damn. What happened then?"

"I did my best to maintain distance between us, while trying to keep the small talk to a minimum. He sure didn't make it easy. He then asked me to come to the Hollywood Hotel to hear him out."

"When did he say to meet him?"

"Tomorrow evening." Griffin wipes his mouth and takes another sip of water. I'm sure if he'd gotten the chance to snap Niall out of existence, he'd do anything for that right about now.

"And what'd you say?"

"I declined, but he said it's still an open invitation." Griffin takes another breath. I've never really seen him so frustrated in my life.

"I don't know what to do, Griff." I start to take gulps of my own water. "I mean, I hate the guy almost as much as I hate hell. But by the end of the day, what is it that you want to do? Because it's you that he invited and it's you he wants to talk to. I only need to give some advice, I believe."
