Adora's POV

Catra and I sat in the car making our way to Bow and Glimmer. The ride was awfully quiet, usually Catra would be the one to start up conversation but something about her seemed off ever since we left the apartment.

"Catra, are you sure everything is okay? Did I upset you?" I asked and Catra remained silent. She clenched her jaw and bit into her inner cheek.

Welp, so much for making small talks.

I let out a small sigh and brushed the feeling away. Maybe she just wasn't feeling well.

We shortly arrived at Bows place. I got out of the car waiting for Catra to do the same but she seemed stuck in her own trance.

What's up with her tonight?

"You coming? The car isn't gonna lock itself" I laughed trying to ease up the tension that was  between us. Soon after Catra stepped out and I locked the car as we walked up to Bows porch.

Bow lived in a decently big house, big enough to throw a party. I didn't even get the chance to reach the door before the door swung open, revealing a happy Bow and grinning Glimmer.

"Woah and look at that, you're actually on time?! What a shocker" Glimmer said dramatically, I punched her arm lightly. "Oh shush.." I muttered and looked away.

Glimmer sent me a weird look, now I know damn well what that girl what thinking about.

Naughty freak.

"Come in!" Bow said happily as I stepped in with Catra followed in suit.

"No hi 'sparkles'?" Glimmer questioned Catra. "Shut up" Catra said coldy as i earned a strange look from Glimmer. I let out a big sigh and gave Glimmer an apologetic look.

I really have to talk to Catra, its so obvious that she's upset, i just dont know what it is.

"Since Adora is being a scaredy-cat i've picked to watch the new movie called Smile" Bow smirked in excitement. "It's not a horror one is it?" I crooked my eyes and looked at Bow. "Pftt no.. It's a ugh action movie!" Bow smiled.

Glimmer chuckled from behind as we all sat down in Bows living room. The table was already set up with bunch of snacks and soda along with pizza.

"What pizza did you order?" I asked Glimmer. "One is pepperoni, the other is with pineapple" she smiled. "yuck.." Catra quietly muttered. "What? its actually really good, here. Have a slice" Glimmer said and platted up a slice and handed it over to Catra.

"Are you trying to posion me? Pineapple on pizza is fucking disgusting, its only the people with fucked tastebuds that eats that" Catra spat and crossed her arms and refused to take the plate. "Have you even tried it?" I asked and looked at Catra.

She pouted. "No, and i dont want too" "Suit yourself" Glimmer said.

"How about you Adora?" Glimmer asked and i nodded as she handed me the pizza slice. I immedietly took a bite and groaned because of how good it was.

For all you people who hates pineapple on pizza, fuck you.

I could feel Catra eyeing me from the side. "on second thought... i'll give it a try" Catra mumbled quietly as she looked at me.
