Adora's POV
Time flew by like it was nothing. After we went to the park we went home and just relaxed. I sat on the couch and watched some TV whilst Catra was leaning onto my shoulder sleeping like an angel.
Before I even knew it was already 8pm and only one hour before the party started but if I'm right, as soon as we get there people will mostly be wasted already. Or that's what I've seen in movies.
I gently shook Catra seeing her blinking several times before getting up. "Party time huh?" she said and stretched while shaking a bit. I nodded and stood up getting myself ready.
(Bla bla bla, time skip to the party cus i'm lazy)
"Woah, that's a huge house. Who even is this?" I asked feeling the ground shake because of how loud the music was. "It's Mermista's" "Wow really? who knew she had such huge house" I said in astonishment.
"C'mon let's get in" She said and grabbed my hand feeling the same sort of spark running through that I felt earlier.
As we stepped in people were dancing, eating, playing some sort of game where you have to drink if a ball lands in your cup and others were talking.
We immediately got greeted by Glimmer and Bow. "Hey Adora!" Glimmer shouted through out the loud music. "Hey, I didn't know you guys liked parties" I yelled back.
"We don't but we got invited and we had nothing to do anyways. What are you doing here? you're not the party type and especially what are you doing here with Catra" She asked.
"Long story!" I said. "Anyways we gonna go and meet some other friends okay? we'll get back to you" Bow said and dragged Glimmer with him.
"Hey, I'll go and get us some drinks okay?" "But I don't drink" I said frowning a bit. "Don't you wanna try anything?" she asked politely. "I'm good, go get yourself something but not too much okay? I don't wanna be the one dragging your ass home" I said causing her to laugh.
"Be back princess" She said and gently placed a kiss on my left cheek making me blush. I nodded and she walked away to what I suppose is the kitchen.
Lemme tell you one thing, it was pretty packed inside, but you were still able to move around.
As I stood there surrounded my people I didn't know I heard a unfamiliar voice from behind "Hey! What's up?" A feminine voice spoke. I turned my head to see a unfamiliar face.
"Hey" I said back. "Are you here all alone?" This girl asked which I didn't know the name off.
"No, I'm here with a friend" "You don't look like a party girl" she said and I giggled a bit. Do I really look that bored?
I hadn't notice til now how pretty she was. She had tan skin. Brownish wavy hair and some blue pierced eyes. Just like ocean one
She was pretty yeah, but nothing compare to Catra, now when I'm thinking about it where is she? Shouldn't she be back by now?
"Yeah no. Party's aren't really my thing, but somehow my friend manage to convince me to come" I said and glanced her a smile showing my perfect white teeth.
We stood there for a good minute just looking at each other when she broke it. "Oh my bad! I haven't told you my name yet. I'm Ellie" she said and held on a hand waiting for me to shake it.
