"Do you think it's a good idea for Jin to be the one to talk to Namjoon?"

"Huh? Why wouldn't it be?" asks Jungkook confused. He has the long wire wrapped around his arm. They have a plan that they're going to explain later in case it gets too silly or not so useful. Taehyung gives a snort looking inside.

"Jin has been a little strange these days."

"Hobi too, even Yoongi has been strange" Jungkook mumbles making a pronounced pout. "I don't think it makes a big difference really."

"Yeah, I know, but it's... Jin! You know how he gets when Namjoon has to be talked to and this time he doesn't know what happened. At least not all of it. He must assume and he's still pretty... overbearing" Jungkook swings his head, hair swaying in the movement. "They must be fighting right about now. Jin doesn't like this idea." he mentions quietly and Jungkook snorts.

"Jin is pretty selfish sometimes."

"He takes care of us. It's only natural to care about your loved ones before a bunch of strangers.... It's a life and death situation here," Taehyung points out. "It's normal for him to be uneasy, to disagree." Jungkook eyes him warily.

"You don't want them to come, you want them to stay here alone? To their death most likely." argues Jungkook.

"No, but I don't know if it's a good idea to bring a lot of people either. It's... It's the main thing to go for Jimin, not to rescue orphans along the way."

"I know."

"Then let's try not to make it a burden or a delay."

Jungkook nods and Taehyung continues with what he's doing. He's not fascinated by the idea of leaving them to their fate either, he just hopes that helping them won't become a hindrance to going for Jimin. The more people, the more problems. Especially in this case that they are people incapable of defending themselves. It's already heavy, very heavy; they are inexperienced in how to stand on their own feet and what greater show than those two months lost in that crummy camp.

If a similar situation happens and he is given a choice, he would probably leave them rather than waste any more time or subject himself and others to a similar experience.

Despite the physical and methodical thinking, the reality is that Taehyung could not do that. He just convinces himself of it. His good heart would prevent him from leaving someone suffering in such a way and he would try to prevent it no matter what. At the same time, good hearts do not subsist in this world and therefore, he is trying to hide it no matter what.

"Now that we have the truck and the wires, we can move along these routes instead of staying inside the city" commented Namjoon with a huge map open on the dining room table. They enter a country house and while they talk, the spontaneous followers they got are busy tidying up the place. Blankets, food, covering the windows so they could light candles, etc. "Enter only when we need some resource or the weather makes it more pertinent to be inside a building."

"I don't understand what difference does it make?" admits Hoseok somewhat at a loss.

"If we're in the middle of a deserted area, a road in the middle of nowhere, we can sleep on the bus. We use the wires to go around the area and in case there are any infected, they are going to move away." clarifies Namjoon and the five of them look at each other for a moment.

"Why would they walk away? I'm pretty sure they would come to us anyway." replies Yoongi and Namjoon shakes his head with his eyes closed.

"We can rotten meat on them."
