"oh jisung.." he frowned, shuffling himself closer to his boyfriend, "i love you, a lot..but we haven't been together for long and like i said when we started dating, i don't want to rush things.."

he cupped his face, "i will propose to you one day but that day isn't today..i promise, i'm just not ready yet"

"i know..that was stupid i'm sorry" he apologised. "i shouldn't push you"

"it wasn't stupid ji..i will ask you when i'm ready, i mean it" he connected their lips, "i love you so much"

god he was so proud of minho for being able to say that, "i love you too min" he pulled away and picked up the box again, "it's really pretty, thank you"

he took out the ring and put it on, playing with the little chain that hung from it. minho grabbed his hand and ran his finger over the ring, "this can be a promise ring"

jisung looked at him confused, "what do you mean?"

"it's a promise that one day i'll replace this with another ring.." he looked into his boyfriends eyes, "a promise that one day, i'll propose to you"

jisung smiled, he loved this boy so much "oh minho..you're so fucking amazing" he practically threw himself at the boy, who laughed and wrapped his arms around him.

minho couldn't stop smiling, he was so happy. he never thought him and jisung would end up like this, together. he never thought they'd figure it out.

"you're the best thing that's ever happened to me jisung" he whispered into the boys ear as they hugged, "i mean it"

jisung replied by kissing his cheek and then wrapped his arms around his neck again, resting his head on minhos shoulder. he smiled, they were finally happy.

"i'm glad we hated each other" jisung said, "it really helped us get along"

minho laughed, "that makes no sense jisungie"

"it makes perfect sense minho" he shut his eyes as minhos hands ran through his hair, everything felt so right.

han jisung. the boy minho hated since they were kids; even though they grew up together and their parents were best friends, minho hated jisung. there wasn't a single moment in their childhood that minho might've even considered liking the boy, jisung was the boy he hated.

but now, things had changed.

han jisung, the boy minho had loved, the boy he would continue to love for the rest of his life; even though he hated him only a year ago, minho loved jisung. there wouldn't be a single moment in their life now where he wouldn't love him, jisung was the boy he loved.

"what are you thinking about min?" the brunette asked when he noticed the boy had been quiet for some time now.

"you" he simply replied, "i'm thinking about how much i love you"

jisung couldn't stop smiling, "i love you too.."
