Great Balls of Fire

All of a sudden five people two  women, and two boys walk in and look around. Phoenix calls out, "Bradshaw, Rudy, Trouble, Omega! Is that you? This is how I find out you guys are stateside?" Trouble, "Yeah, we just thought we'd surprise you."

Rooster walks behind Phoenix and hits him with the pool stick, 'Hmph.'

Phoenix tells him, "Guess I surprised you back. It's good to see you."

Omega comes up behind her and gives her a girl hug, "Good to see you too. Here you go."

Hangman walks over to the bar and grabs the beers and tells Penny, "Thank you. Much appreciated, Pops. How about ringing me up before the evening rush?"

Hangman walks back over to the group and exclaims, "Bradshaw and Michelle's. As I live and breathe."

Rudy retorts, "Hangman. You look... good."

Hangman gives them a sassy smile, "Well, I am good, Rudy. I'm very good. In fact, I am too good to be true. So, does anybody knows what this special detachment is all about?"

Rudy and Trouble say, "No mom said, the mission's a mission. They don't confront us."

Phoenix asks, "What I want to know: Who's gonna be team leader?"

Trouble asks Rudy, "Do you think it will be dad?"

[Pool balls clatter]

Hangman tells them in a you-have-to-follow-me voice but it is really for the fame, "And which one of y'all has what it takes to follow me?"

Rooster replies, "Hangman, the only place you'll lead anyone is an early grave." "Whoo!"

Omega finishes, "Well, anyone who follows you is just gonna run out of fuel."

Hangman walks over to their faces and tells them with a smile, "But that's just you, ain't it, Rooster you too Omega? You're snug on that perch, waiting for just the right moment... That never comes. I love this song!"

Phoenix and Rudy start talking, "Well, he hasn't changed." "Nope. Sure hasn't."

Fanboy joins in saying, "Check it out. More patches."

Payback confused adds, "That's Harvard, Yale, Omaha. Shit, that's Fritz. What the hell kind of mission is this?"

Omega asks the question that has been on every one's minds. "That's not the question we should be asking. Everyone here is the best there is. Who the hell are they gonna get to teach us?" The last women, older, with red hair with an admiral status. Phoenix glances at her, who then turns back to the group, "Attention on deck." The Admiral smirk as the young aviators stand at attention. "At ease."  

Rooster walks over to the piano and turns off the jukebox, "Hey, guys. Come on."

Y/N walks over to the bar to see Maverick at the bar is trying to pay for everyone's drinks but realizes that he doesn't have the money. She walks up behind him hugs him. The older man stiffens to the hug but soon realizes its his wife. "Y/N, hun," Pete turns around and kisses the Admiral. Pete turns to Penny to pay the bill. Only to find out that "H, how about...That won't cover it,"

[Piano playing continues]

"Uh, I'll come by tomorrow and bring you the cash."

"I'm afraid rules are rules, Pete." Y/N rings the bell, everyone cheers,

"Overboard, overboard!"

Pete exclaims he starts to get picked up, "Really."

[All cheering, clapping]

Y/N tells out to Pete as he gets carried out, "I will see you outside in a sec Pete."

[All cheering]

Thanks for the beers! Come back anytime! Y/N walks out side and they both hear a song that brings them both into the same flashback. They'll all start to sing, "You shake my nerves and you rattle my brain, too much love drives a man insane. You broke my will but what a thrill goodness gracious great balls of fire! I laughed at love 'cause I thought it was funny, but you came along and you moved me, honey. I changed my mind this love is fine, goodness gracious great balls of fire! Kiss me, baby......"

The Music fades for both of them and they have the same flashback but different people in the backyard yelling at them.

Flashback

Maverick: Altitude 8,000... 7,000... Goose, I can't reach the ejection handle.

Hunter: Eject, eject, eject! Sunny! Oh, no!

Maverick: Caroll, "God, he loved flying with you, Maverick."

Hunter: Sunny's husband: "I need you to take on Omega. I don't have the time nor time willpower to raise her"

Caroll: "I want to you ta..ke Rooster on I know this is aIot on your plate but... please he will be better off..."

Flashback ends

Maverick: Altitude 8,000... 7,000... Goose, I can't reach the ejection handle.

Hunter: Eject, eject, eject! Sunny! Oh, no!

Maverick: Caroll, "God, he loved flying with you, Maverick."

Hunter: Sunny's husband: "I need you to take on Omega. I don't have the time nor time willpower to raise her"

Caroll: "I want to you ta..ke Rooster on I know this is a lot on your plate but... please he will be better off..."

Flashback ends

They both look down and Y/N starts to cry and leans into Pete they both hug and stay like that for a while. No one notices them as they stand outside.
