It was like she could touch it. so close yet so far.
she wanted to reach that white light. She ran and ran and ran. Jazmine was so close to the bright abyss.

The moment her eyes were opened, she woke up breathing heavily, as if she was actually running.

"What the hell?" She questioned, looking around. She stood up and walked over to the window to see that the sky was a foggy and grey. She was still in the hotel. The dream had made her feel weird.

That day, she continued her day like nothing ever happened. But then when it was time for bed, she could feel herself become warm. Warm was different, she had never felt warm since her death.

As her eyes closed, everything went dark, but only for a second. Within minutes the bright light was there. Jazmine went running for it.

Each day, she would continue walking around the hotel like it was nothing, but at night she would run for the hills in her dreams. Each night she would get closer. She didn't have a choice, she wasn't going to ignore the bright light. Then with the progress she made, she'd get up with a better mood and help Liz at the bar, or help Iris check in guests. Anything to keep her mind off the bright light, Alex helped with that too. They'd talk all night in front of the bar while Liz joined in and listened from time to time.

Everything was good for Jazmine. She loved the way she felt, everyday felt right.
