"What's wrong, Tadashi-sama? Who does he look like?" The Uchiha asked worriedly, gazing back and forth between the two of them, however Madara's expression was as calm as ever. Which led to the Uchiha becoming even more puzzled.

"Tadashi, long time no see. Although I don't know how long it's been." Madara pointed out. The Uchiha who heard Madara address Tadashi without any honorifics looked like he was ready to activate and use his Sharingan on Madara, but his anger was interrupted as he dumbfoundingly stared at his clan leader.

Tadashi all of a sudden collapsed onto one knee, his head bowing down respectfully to this 'random Konoha resident'. It was quite the sight to see.

In fact, there was a rumor that when a shinobi swears to serve another shinobi, there was a strong forbidden jutsu which was in a form of a blood contract they would conduct, and that once made, as long as the master lived the other would bow down to them upon meet. A contract that could never be broken until one of them is killed. And even if the one serving wanted to retaliate, it would be impossible.

"Madara-sama!" Tadashi whispered, his voice mixed with shock, happiness and excitement.

"Madara as in the past Uchiha Head?" The Uchiha stuttered in confusion. "The Uchiha Demon?"

Madara snorted upon hearing his past nickname.

The 'random Konoha resident' descended to one knee as he rested a hand on Tadashi's shoulder, before saying anything he gestured for the Uchiha to go away. But the Uchiha stood ground until Tadashi gestured for him to leave.

Once he stormed away, Tadashi immediately turned to look up at Madara with happy eyes.

"It's been three month." He answered.

"Huh?" Madara cocked an eyebrow in confusion.

"Three months since your passing, Madara-sama." Tadashi further explained, Madara who had only just remembered his question to Tadashi, laughed aloud.

"Oh, I see." Madara gazed into Tadashi's eyes for a few seconds in gratitude.

"Thank you, Tadashi. It seems like you're the only one in the Uchiha who cared for me." He said with a small smile, Tadashi was taken by surprise by Madara's sincere smile but remained resolved.

"You're wrong, Madara-sama." Tadashi spoke bravely, causing Madara to frown. "Many younger Uchiha have mourned over your death, there were many of the younger generation who've looked up to you." Tadashi's tone softened as he watched Madara's eyes widen ever so slightly.

"You must be joking." Madara snorted, standing up with an amused expression.

"I'm dead serious, Madara-sama." Tadashi swore, standing up and giving Madara an earnest look. Madara saw this and gave in.

"Alright, alright. Just put away your Sharingan before someone else sees it." He said with a dismissive wave. Tadashi agreed and deactivated his Sharingan.

Madara looked down to stare at his bare hands, it was as if he could still see all the blood he'd spilled on them at this very moment. So why would anyone look up to him?

"I see you still don't believe my words." Tadashi noticed with a frown, Madara pretended to act deaf.

"Make sure that Uchiha doesn't go around telling everyone about our meeting here, it'll be troublesome for me." He told the other, Tadashi paused and stared at his master hesitantly.

"Have you told Hashirama-sama yet?" He asked, Madara's tense silence answered Tadashi's suspicion.

"I take my leave. If you see me next time, call me Kazuki." Without waiting for any more words to come out of Tadashi's mouth, Madara walked away with a wave.
