Opposites Attract - Chapter 3 "This is how we start off"

'Day 1 : Cruise Ship'

'Pictures' the paper read. We, mean by Harry and I, received a paper, each day we were supposed to take a picture of a certain thing.  

I opened the door of the hotel bedroom, and Harry was eating breakfast and watching tv.

"Did you read the paper?" I asked. "Uh, yeah. Are you ready?" he answered. "Yeah, let me get my camera and stuff." I went in my room and got my backpack with my supplies, and my phone.

"Let's go." Harry turned off the telly, put the dishes in the sink and turned off the lights. It was about twelve in the afternoon, so a little sunlight came in.

We exited the hotel, and we already saw the cruise ship. We boarded, and we sat in the lobby. "Did you read what we were supposed to take pictures of?" I ask. "I think it was like views, people, the ship, I guess." Harry shrugged. "Um, okay, so do we separate, or?" I ask, again. "No, we should stick together."

Harry confirmed. "Okay."

A few hours passed, and it was lunch time. We ate at a cafe, when red lights started flashing. An annoying alarm went off, and everyone in the cafe exited. 

We stood outside near the side railing. I looked at Harry, he was trying to tell me something, but it was too loud to hear. Finally, a voice came over the intercom.

"EVERYONE ON THE BOAT NEEDS TO EXIT." it repeated. 

I panicked, as Harry looked scared. We looked at a small boat, and we jumped inside. We flipped the top cover over us, so no one would know we're in here.  

All of a sudden, we felt like being dropped. Like into the sea. We flipped open the cover, and I was shocked.

We were being swiped away from the boat. And Hawaii!

"Harry Styles, you lead us on a boat. That ships off?!" I ask, PO'd. "I didn't know, I don't work there." Harry shrugs. "Whatever. And I'm blaming you for all of this." I say.

"Why are you so mad?" Harry pauses. "You're mad about everything. Even when we're at school."  

"About this!! And other stuff." I mumble. "Tell me why. Everytime I try to help you out with Veronica, you walk away."

"You honestly don't remember, don't you?" I ask. "No." Harry firmly says.

"Do you remember when you Jo and your other friends bullied me in freshman year?" I pause. He sits there silently. "Do you know how I felt?" I ask, scrunching my eyebrows.

"No. I didn't. And I'm sorry." Harry says in a small voice. "Sorry isn't gonna cut it. You guys lost my virginity." I confess.

"You guys-" Harry cut me off. "I GOT MAD." he says. "Okay. I got mad." 

I got confused. "Wha-?" 

"My girlfriend broke up with me. I found out one of my bandmates quitted the band."

I honestly didn't know how I felt. All I knew was that Harry let out his anger on doing something to someone. I felt bad for Harry, he had no one there for him. And I felt like that at one moment. I cut myself, knowing I'll never be like Veronica, but from that point on, I wanted to be myself.

But Harry had no shoulder to cry on, no one to text all night, and no one to tell his deep feelings too.

"Harry. I-I had n-n-no idea." I patted Harry's back as he let out small tears.  

"Look, no one was there for me either. I grew up learning things on my own, and it's not easy. But sooner or later, your Band Mate will learn that what he did in the band, he loved to do. And I bet the girl who broke up with you, didn't know that she had the greatest guy in the world." I choked out. His breathing became slow.

"You just gave me the greatest advice anyone has ever had." Harry said with a little chuckle. I laughed.

The sky soon became a sunset, filling it with orange, blue, pink and yellow.

I looked over at Harry, who's eyes were drooping. "Go to sleep." I state. "Why? I'm not sleepy."  

"Just go to bed. You're knackered." I say ruffling his hair. "Fine. Just because you told me too." he smirks. 

Finally, when I hear Harry's soft snores, I fall asleep too.
