Danielle-Grace had just dropped baby Arlo with her mother as she proceeds to run some errands. It hasn't been easy running a home and keeping a close watch on Arlo. But God has been her strength, her mother had been super helpful to her ever since she had given birth.

She had also taken a temporary resignation to attend to Arlo fully until she has weaned him. Although she is already setting up her very own studio to be announced anytime soon.
In addition she has found a new passion in flowering plants so she will be putting in so much effort to ensure it flourishes.

In all of these Gideon her husband has been supportive and encouraging despite the big elephant in their marriage.

Her mother-in-law will not be left out in the list of those who have been of great support to her through this phase of motherhood.

She as well have been supportive and caring. She would always call from time to time and would pay them visits whenever she has enough free time to check up on them.

Her fears have been allayed ever since she married into the Bassey dynasty.

Her fears had been that she wouldn't be accepted into the family as she was "second replacement" to Mirabel. But then they proved her very wrong. Her earnest prayer now is that they wouldn't discover the true situation their marriage was in.

They have been putting up a facade so that everyone will not become worried about their union.

Her family inclusive have been in the dark but for how long. She was already contemplating for a divorce. At that thought her heart pricked, she still loved Gideon but she couldn't continue to wait for his reciprocation.

And for how long? For how long will she wait. She had waited and watched him marry Mirabel.

She had gotten what she wanted but still has to wait for him to love her.

He has been a very good, attentive and compassionate husband but something was lacking.

A spark of passion and yearning of intimacy. Yes they conversed as husband and wife but it only centered around Arlo's well-being,her budding desire to start an independent business and that was it.

She knew just few tidbits on his work.

And sometimes spiritual matters like services they attended together such as marriage seminars, vigils etc.

He was with her through and through during Arlo's pregnancy.

Stood by her as she fitted into her new responsibility of motherhood. His frequent academic trips reduced and he gave enough support during that period.

She still doesn't know much about him. A lot of vacuum needed to be filled. Perhaps she was asking too much despite knowing how their marriage came to be.

When the time comes they will have a meeting point on how to raise Arlo. He doesn't deserve this, he deserves a complete home with so much love and compassion.

Taking in a deep breath she wipes the tears in her eyes. She just needs to stay focused on caring for baby Arlo and to give Gideon all the respect and love she has until they depart.

But still she has hope that things would take a different turn for the very best.

As she drives into the car park of her family mansion she encounters her brother,Dustin.

He was still the same although there were fine lines of age on his face. He was looking like one who had a very long day and was in need of great rest.

Not knowing what to do she just greets him and hurried in to drop the bags she was carrying.
