It was as though life flashed through her eyes. Her baby boy's life was at stake.

In no distant time they were at the hospital. It wasn't funny when the doctor said he was to be admitted for some days. All that mattered to Danielle was her baby's safety.

This triggered her past experience of losing their first baby. She didn't want to go through such pain again. After the doctor had discussed with them she told Gideon that they needed to talk.

At her invitation he prayed in his heart that it was one that would lead to a different way that wasn't pleasant.

When they had secured privacy she opened up to him about her miscarriage years earlier in their marriage.

Those days that he had been busy with school work and travels.

His heart pricked so deeply on knowing this for the first time. He wasn't going to blame her,he wasn't going to accuse her of being careless.

All he could see on his wife's face was fear, despair and regret. A silent prayer of hope that all would be well.

As she wept profusely telling all,he pulled her gently into a warm hug.
While allowing his tears to flow freely.

After they had comforted each other they returned back to their son's ward.  It wasn't a surprise to see their family members there.

They had called earlier that they were in the hospital. Not quite long Dustin and Adure arrived.

Seeing all their family members gave them both comfort and strength that their little boy would be well.

There in the room they had eyes only for each other.

Danielle-Grace felt hopeful and at peace with herself that she wasn't bearing the burden of her secret anymore.

Gideon knew that within him that the burden his wife had shared was the last obstacle that stood between them.

He knew that all will be well.

Seven days later Arlo was discharged from the hospital. He was as healthy and fit as he should be. The storm was over in his health.

According to the doctor it was one of the health situations children at his age go through. He was diagnosed with malaria and some flu.

He was administered drugs through the days he was admitted but he came out strong.

This was a super relief to his Dada and mama who thought they would have lost him.

By the time the Basseys got home they were welcomed to a warm party.

These past days weren't easy for the young parents.

Their home wasn't give the attention and care it needed but their loved ones had done so for them.

Cleaned, cooked and looked after their house.

The next one hour was all about sharing and enjoying God's goodness and mercy upon baby Arlo's life.

Gideon kept looking out for his wife to ensure she was okay.
Ever since she opened up to him at the hospital,he could feel some changes in her disposition.

They were yet to sit and iron out that revelation. But he has already made up his mind,he loves his beautiful wife and he wasn't leaving her for the rest of his life.

He loves her,he loves his family and he was so grateful for the second chance God has given him.

Arlo was indeed loved and cherished, Danielle had to also tell herself that she was loved too her amazing husband inclusive.

By the time everyone had helped out with cleaning and arranging their home they left.

Arlo was given a bath and his medications given, not quite long he slept off peacefully.

Finally left alone the couple felt the silence of their home and environment.

But their hearts weren't silent, they had alot to say to each other.

Without wasting time Gideon spoke first.

He sincerely apologized for his errors in the earlier stage of their marriage.

He admitted his wrongs and how his actions had impacted their marriage.

He told his wife that he wasn't going to blame her in anyway for what she has been through in the past.

He loves her and he loves her forever and ever.

Hearing his honest confession, she knew within her that all her tears and prayers have been answered. There was no doubt in her heart, she believed everything he said.

Overwhelmed Danielle-Grace ran into his waiting arms. They  remained wrapped in each others arms happy and satisfied.

Adure has been so happy and enjoying her beautiful companionship with Dustin. They had both become stronger in their friendship.

Adure has come to accept the feelings she has for him.

Her earnest desire was for them to be reciprocated. Although she has committed them to God,she was ready to accept any outcome.

Today was a very special day,it was Dustin's birthday. He was also taking her on a date later that evening after his duty at the hospital.

It has been days, weeks and months since she had met his family at the hospital when his nephew was sick.

And she had become good friends with the couple and sisters with Danielle-Grace.

Not quite long they were on their way to a new restaurant in town.

Dustin was up to something beautiful. Ever since she returned and their friendship affirmed he knew that God wasn't done with them.

He was so sure now than ever that Adure was his forever. He was going to propose marriage to her. He was so sure that this was God's will for them.

He had planned this with his sister and Gideon. They were already at the venue to be witnesses.

By the time they arrived,Adure noticed how quiet the environment was but couldn't understand why. But as they went in further she saw pictures of their times spent together.

She could see a banner that read the question that she has been expecting.
As she told to seek Dustin out,he was already on one knee.

After he had popped the question, she affirmed her desire to be his wife admist joyful tears and they embraced each other.
