Keigo's POV
I never expected to see the number 5 hero, bruised and bloody, lying on the ground, and about to be killed by a villain. Luckily, I got there when I did, or we probably would have lost a good hero.
The rabbit hero, huh? I've heard of her, but I never had the time to talk to her.
Anyway, after leaving the hospital I made my way back to my agency's building. I had to fill out a lot of paperwork today and I wanted to get an early start.
Besides, I hadn't gotten any villain alerts, so I assumed I was in the clear. Right before I entered the building, I received a call on my phone. I pulled my phone out of my pocket and looked at the caller ID, and realized it was the Hero Safety Commission. I hesitated a bit, but I ended up answering because they didn't usually call me this at this time of the day. What if it was an emergency?
I brought my phone closer to my ear.
"Hello?"
"Hawks? We have a new mission for you. Meet us at the address I sent you. Be here in fifteen minutes.
Before I could say another word, he hung up.
Welp, it looks like I won't be doing paperwork after all.
I looked at the address. It wasn't far from my location. I spread my wings and started to fly.
Fifteen? I can make it in five.
