thea made sure everything was okay and sorted before exiting her flat and locking the door.
excitedly she walked down the stairwell: new years eve was one of her favourite times of the year - apart from christmas obviously.
she locked the door to the flat block as she spotted kai's car. smiling, the german walked over to the already unlocked car.
"hi!" kai greeted her as she sat inside, closing the door.
"hey," thea spoke softly, "you alright."
"yeah you?" kai nodded. he began to reverse out of the drive, his arm resting behind thea's headrest as he pulled out.
"yeah i'm good. excited," thea admitted.
"nice shoes," kai smirked, looking down at her.
thea smirked back. "yeah really nice actually."
"i wonder who got them for you," kai pondered, givng her a side eyes, turning onto the main road.
