Chapter 4 Part 1

'Advanced lightning punishment is now level 10', the system announced. " Finally, it levelled up!", I exclaimed as I opened my eyes seeing the notification. By the end of the year it finally leveled up. 'I fought so much monsters here and it didn't seem to move much; must be because the monsters were weak ones but..I remembered at one point after battling a Lightning Gale bird it leveled up a level..I must have had to battle higher leveled lightning elemental monsters for it to level up. That bird was hard to win against to!'.

The lightning Gale is a very fast, large bird with blue and black feathers; the higher the level the more clearer the lightning on the tips of its feathers is. 'It kept moving and wouldn't keep still for me to land a hit and I had to use fast step just to keep up!'. 'Thank God I practiced Advanced lightning punishment and had lightning resistance too because I would have been burnt to a crisp before my healing skill took effect!'. 'If it was any other cultivators who practiced lightning cultivation they had to be a really high level just to negate the effects of it's lightning!'. " Thank God I practiced the OP Lightning punishment manual before I came out and battled it!", Amyra exclaimed remembering the battle shivering.

' Eventually, I trapped it in a cage of lightning and summoned low-level lightning to immobilize it, then I used a sword from the system rewards to "send" it back to where it came from'. ' It was hard to study sword cultivation too, and its level was hard to max out before I got the sword. I spent countless nights without sleep to level it up, as well as, eating rear herbs from within the system space and 'dueling' a lot of monsters in the forest'.' Every time I leave the dimension now, it is always very quiet on the outside, and hard to find more monsters to battle. I think I overdid the hunting; the monsters are afraid to come around me now, I only see the high leveled ones'

'Level increased to level 90', the system announced. I got used to hearing these announcements for the most part now. 'I also maxed out Air step, Teleportation, Thunder fist and medicinal knowledge 101 just by running away from and avoiding high leveled monsters attacks'. "I don't know why but every time I exit the dimension I always manage to run into a flock of them!", Amyra exclaimed remembering past events of such things happening.

Medicinal Knowledge required knowledge of herbs and my dimension in the system space had all the rare and uncommon ones. 'The more I ran away from monsters the more I get hurt. Although my healing skill is infinite, I can't protect myself from mental or spiritual attacks yet, so I had to get a lot of herbs to unlock them and increase their levels as most of my skills were locked or beginners' stats; basically level 0. I stayed inside while cultivating just to max out those levels to level 10!'.

' One time I ate a glowing mushroom, after I cooked it and my body was paralyzed for an hour because I didn't cook it right but I unlocked Poison and Paralysis resistance resultantly. I have been eating very poisonous and lethal plants ever since to max out their levels. Why? because I didn't want to die from being poisoned if I were to leave the forest or in the forest! If I were to be tricked into eating it or trapped in a situation where I can be poisoned then something bad might happen to me, I don't know what this world is capable of since I just arrived!'

' Even if I have infinite healing I always have to prepare for the worst incase healing doesn't work!'. ' I also learned a bunch of other martial and magical arts to!'.

It was finally time to travel through the remainder of the forest to try and see if I could find a good way out; "Hopefully I'll meet some people on the way!", Amyra exclaimed as she exited the dimension. Karma was with me too. I tried asking him to help me find a decent way out because he is the guardian of the forest...but that dog just looked at me weirdly as if saying.." What are you talking about?". I guess he can't understand me fully yet or he's just being lazy as usual. 'Why did I make a dog like him the guardian?! What the hell was going through my mind!'

After traveling for 10 minutes I decided to climb a tree to see how far I was away from civilization. 'The system had a map but it didn't exactly show how far away is the forest from the villages etc. I also had to guess the direction as well seeing the map didn't have directions on it', I thought as I climbed the very tall tree. As I reached the top I squinted my eyes to see past all the trees on the horizon of the forest. Afterward, everything started to become clear in my vision, 'system notification: Skill: Clairvoyance acquired!'. There was a little village about 10 km away and a cultivation sect about 1 mile ahead with people flying on swords and practicing martial arts...' What kind of martial arts are these people learning?! It was so basic compared to the ones I had to learn from the system! All their moves were straightforward and easy to learn but flawed! They wouldn't get anywhere with those', I thought sighing upon seeing them and feeling sorry, " If I ever were to meet such a person I have to give them one of mine or at least help them. How are they going to keep living like this?", I said worriedly.

Past the sect was a town where the streets were busy and people walked past vendors selling their goods. "They also had such delicious food!", I exclaimed on seeing Amyris' delicacies." Corn dogs, sugar candies, cakes, and other delicious cuisines!", Amyra exclaimed thinking, ' I can't wait!'.

My stomach started to growl upon seeing all of them. 'I could use teleport right now to get there but it would cause panic and anything might happen. I am pretty sure these arts are unseen and unheard of, so just appearing there will be surprising to them seeing as I don't see any other strong cultivators there using them'. I decided to run at a good pace to get there, trying not to knock down or destroy anything on my way there due to the 'after effects' of the skill, with Karma beside me until I exited the forest where he stopped and where we said goodbye before I was off once again. I had to restrain myself to a 'normal' level 20 cultivator so I wouldn't be too conspicuous.

"...",the cultivation sect leader of the Heavens Legacy sect turned his head to the direction where Amyra just was, " I thought...Never mind", he said. He thought he had just felt a monstrous aura just for a second. 'scary!'

' Notification Skill: Concealment learnt. Helps conceal hosts level until spiritual Sp runs out', the system announced as it described the skill afterward, as Amyra kept running thinking, 'nice and since I have infinite SP, I have no need to worry'. SP stands for SOURCE power,the source of all my strenght, it's what cultivators use to learn and practice arts.

As I began to reach the gates of the town I slowed down until I eventually came to a walking pace about 1 km away from the gates. When I finally reached the gates the guards at the entrance stopped me from entering..

"Hold!", One of the guards exclaimed.
