Lucas decided to leave the sect knowing that they would no longer accept him; him being tarnished by a demonic prescence now. He left the three cultivators who were still kneeling on the ground and ran off to an unknown place.
Amyra set off for the nearest town after dealing with those so-called righteous cultivators. About a mile before she reached the city outskirts, she slowed down to a walking pace and made her way gradually to her next destination. Having no plans Amyra walked slowly through an unknown forest as if leisurely taking a stroll after activating disguise lv 1; if other cultivators were to see this they would faint from shock, as she was walking so calmly in one of the most dangerous forests for a cultivator of her level(20). She heard no beasts around her, so she was curious as to why.
'Little Ball, why is it that I see no beasts yet?'
'Due to the effect of the skill:Judges intent and the title: forester, no creature in any forest would think lightly of you or go too near to you that are in their right mind'
'Didn't I have that when I encountered the beasts I fought in the forest? why did they still attack me then?'
' The beasts in the Celestial forest have a certain range of levels and special immunity that protects them somewhat from the titles mentioned. Also, you were the one to search for them so they had to protect their territory and themselves regardless'
'True, but most of the beasts I fought were evil or wicked ones if I remember correctly by the appearance of their territory'
'Evil beasts have an insane mentality so they were able to negate the effect of the titles as well', Little Ball replied.
'Oh'
'That makes sense'
'Ding! Judges intent leveled up to level 2'
'Disable skill: Judges intent for now. I don't want to be scaring off everyone I meet. It wouldn't help me in my farming for experience points to level up either', Amyra said as the pressing gravity around her was turned off by the system disappearing in an instant; it looked and felt monstrous before, its aura was so heavy like the weight of the world crashing down on you.
" That was close"
"I don't want everyone and everything running away from me as soon as they see me", Amyra said as she skipped her way deeper into the forest.
"Why are there still no monsters?", Amyra asked herself, "This is a little Off", she said as she looked around not seeing or hearing anything; the silence was deafening. 'It's too quiet', Amyra thought.
'Little Ball do a survey of this forest and tell me what's happening', Amyra asked little Ball. It was one of his new functions Amyra saw after he finished upgrading this morning.
'Warning!!! A level 80 demonic beast is coming your way'
' What?! Why didn't you tell me sooner?!! All that exp practically bringing itself to me!', Amyra exclaimed happily as she began to drool at the thought of receiving exp from fighting it.
The surroundings started to cool down, ice began to gradually form on all the plants near Amyra, starting from where the beast was coming from; in whose direction was the thickest coldest ice formed.
'Ding! skill: status Immunity lv 1 activated'
'Ding! Due to increased usage of this skill it leveled up to lv 2'
Amyra ignored Little Balls announcement as she noticed that something was watching her.
"Come out, I know you're there", Amyra spoke calmly looking directly into the eyes of the beast who was watching her from afar, using clairvoyance to see him.
