After nine hours of surgery… Yoongi and Jungkook came out of the operation theater and saw Mr. President standing there… “H-how is m-my son?” for the first time they heard a father and not the President talking to them… Yoongi gave him a smile “Sir… your son will make it… don’t worry” and next thing he knew was being pulled into a bone crushing hug by the President… Yoongi’s eyes widened in shock and he looked at Jungkook who had the same expression as him… He reluctantly brought his hands to the older man’s back and slightly patted… “Thank you so much doctor… and I am really sorry for being rude to you” saying this, the old man pulled away from the hug…
“You don’t have to apologize for anything Sir… we know how difficult the situation is but there is also something I would like to discuss with you” Yoogi said, being a little hesitant… “Yeah sure… What is it?” Mr. President asked and Yoongi exchanged a look with Jungkook who nodded his head “Not here… can you please come to my cabin… you too ma’am” the old couple started following Jungkook and Yoongi…

This is a nursery in a hospital that provides around-the-clock care to sick or premature babies) where Hachul’s new born baby was kept… He kept a close eye on the infant who’s heart was weak and had jaundice… “Hang in there little one… If you made it through the night… you will get to live” (Babies born before 37 weeks are still vulnerable to increased risk for death and to many short- and long-term effects of premature birth. All babies born preterm are at risk for serious health problems. Even babies born only four to six weeks early can have effects from the preterm birth such as breathing difficulties, feeding problems, jaundice and effects on brain functions) Doctor’s eyes were filled with tears when a hand on his shoulder startled him and forced to take his eyes off the baby… He saw Y/n standing there with a weak smile… “I am extremely sorry for not being there to assist Hachul further so can you please tell me how she is doing?” Taehyung bit his lips…
“She couldn't make it”
Y/n sat down with a loud thud “Oh my god… what will happen to the baby now… shit… he is not even in the picture for as long as I remember” Taehyung eyes were once again glued at the baby who’s breathing was rugged… “I think you should check the name of this baby” he said to Y/n who gave him a confused look but did as told and her/his eyes grew wide after reading the name that was written on the chart…

Taehyung nodded his head “It was Hachul’s last wish… she wants her baby to be just like you” Y/n who hasn't cried since Jungkook read Yoongi’s diary started sobbing loudly… “I… I d-don’t know w-what to s-say… Y-you can go home Tae… I will be here for the baby and I-” Taehyung pulled Y/n into a hug because maybe… he also needed the one right now… None of them said anything as they stood there in one another’s embrace… But what they didn’t see was a person standing at the entrance of NICU boring holes in their souls…

Just like other doctors, Jimin was also having a hard time with his new patient who was being extremely rude to him… “I don’t know, I want a qualified doctor who knows what to do” He was spitting immensely and Jimin had to control himself to not punch this patient's face right here… right now… that’s when Hoseok walked in… “What is going on here?” both of them looked at the senior doctor but before Jimin could speak this rude patient started talking “Oh good… can you please give me another doctor who is qualified enough to tell me what is exactly wrong with me?” Hoseok gave him a weird look before looking at Jimin… his head was hung low, feeling bad as the patient was extremely rude and kept demeaning him…
“Dr. Park, may I know the status of his health?” Jimin raised head and his eyes met with Hoseok's, who had an encouraging smile on his face… “What the… Didn’t I to-” Hoseok raised his hand to stop that patient from speaking further… “Sir, I don’t know what makes you think that Dr. Park is not capable enough to treat because as far as I know between you two he is the one who went to med school, been in residency and has experience of treating thousands of patients… So, please can you let him speak” the patient huffed but decided to keep his mouth shut… Jimin cleared his throat “Dr. Jung… Mr. Bang is diagnosed with hypothyroidism, which means he has an underactive thyroid… it is by Hashimoto's disease, and a hiatal hernia”
Hoseok gave Mr. Bang a skeptical look “You heard that Mr. Bang? Now, please be nice to your doctor because it is very rare to find those who have high tolerance to nonsense… trust me I know that with an experience” Mr. Bang gulped under Hoseok’s sharp glare and looked at Jimin… “I am sorry Dr. Park” the said man gave him a beautiful smile… “Don’t worry Mr. Bang… You will get better soon”
