Error took the icing from Mischief before he could drop it, carefully placing it on the counter before letting a slight laugh out of his system, "Why did you hold it like it was Simba-?"
Mischief pouted in response, "Because everywhere the light touches, is his kingdom." Mischief crossed his arms and looked away as he spoke sassily.
The masked one looked over to ink who was just finishing the wet ingredients as Error sighed simply, placing a hand on his hip and another on his face, "Please, dont crown our icing king of the multiverse."
Error walked over to where Ink was mixing the ingredients, he peered over at the insides of the bowl and nodded, "It looks... Fine. I can take it from here."
Ink smiled and handed it to Error carefully, "Alrighty, the mixing is always fun." Ink laughed a little as he passed the ingredients to Error. Ink looked up from the bowl to Error as he walked away, a slight twang in his chest subtly jolted him, an eye light turned into a question mark as the other turned into purple spiral. Ink looked at the floor and kicked his feet against the counter, the feeling not going away, it hurt but also didn't? It was hard to explain, even to himself.
'I'll worry about it later..' He thought to himself as one of his eye lights turned into a heart. "You're gonna dent the counter." Error pointed out, pointing at the counter, getting Ink out of his spaced out state. He didnt sound annoyed, just stating a fact.
The destroyer of worlds mixed all the wet and dry ingredients before placing it all into one pan, he walked over to the oven and opened it, placing the cake inside and closing it. Error stood up slowly and nodded at the two, "Now we wait."
Ink's attention was brought to Error as he spoke. "Is that even possible?" Ink chuckled as he got down from the counter top.
Mischief jumped up and put both his hands on the counter and the island counter, holding himself suspended above the ground, kicking his feet.

"Which leads to my first question. what do we do for the next 20 minutes? I'm sure you two can think of something." Error said, walking over to the counter and sitting on it, his legs criss crossed under him.
The two mild annoyances just shrugged to the glitchy one, "Doodle?" Ink suggested curiously. "Look at magazines?" Mischief suggested as he got down from his suspended position.
Error was quiet for a few more seconds before narrowing his eyes and grinning, "Truth or dare?" Error suggested, the feeling of mischief lighting up his eye lights. He'd like to see the two play, and would happily sit in the background, quality entertainment.
Mischief's smile could be heard in his voice, "Amazing idea! Alrighty, who's gonna start?" Mischief asked, sitting on the counter across from Error.
Ink decided to sit next to Error because, well, he can.
"Not me." Error stated simply. "I vote Ink."
Mischief nodded, taking the role as the director of the game, "Alright! Ink you go first!"
Ink looked to both of them "Oh alrighty! Hmmm... Error, truth or dare?" Ink asked the glitchy skeleton he wanted to try and make Error mad again, it was always funny.
"Truth." Error spoke immediately, he did dare once whilst playing with the voices in his head, and never again.
Ink rubbed his chin curiously, "Hmmmm, would you consider me your friend?" Ink asked curiously as he put his hands onto his lap. His eye lights changed to question marks as he spoke.
Error sat for a second, then simply nodded reluctantly. "... Your turn, Mischief."
Mischief felt very happy cause this was a step in his little ship, "Ink, truth or dare?" Mischief asked simply, leaning forward to the other, his hands on the countertop he was sitting on.
"Dare!" Ink replied with determination in his voice, his eyes stars.
"Hmm, do a hand stand." Mischief spoke mischievously, curious as to if the short skeleton could.
"Piece of cake! Quite literally actually-" Ink made the unintentional pun as he got up on the counter and did a hand stand on one hand, "Ta-da!" Ink jumped back to his feet on the counter and bowed before sitting back down and chuckling, "Error's turn!"

Error narrowed his as at ink before speaking, he really could never understand how Ink wasn't scared of getting hurt, "Mischief, truth or dare?" Error asked simply, even though alarm bells in his head were going off louder then any voice as they told him that Ink was going to fall. The other voices were calling him soft for worrying about his friend, which Error had narrowed his eyes at.
Mischief nodded, "Truth always has some good ones~" Mischief replied to the Glitchy man across from him. Masky was personally dying from cringe.
Error thought about it for a few seconds, "Do you sleep?"
Mischief thought about it, "Uh, actually, no- We live outside of time and space so I guess we lost the need to sleep a long time ago, though if a specific one of us uses a lot of power, we have to take a power nap." Mischief explained, holding up a finger. "Ink's turn!" Mischief announced happily.
Ink was confused by their words but ignored it. "Hmm, Error, truth or dare?" Ink asked the skeleton beside him curiously.
"You asked me last time but sure. My answer is still truth." Error said, smiling slightly at the skeleton next to him, rolling his eye lights jokingly.
Ink felt his cheek bones warm up slightly in a rainbow, it was surprising but Error's smile sparked something, Ink didn't see it often and felt.. Something from it. Ink snapped himself back to reality and scratched the back of his skull, "Uh, why are you so happy today? We don't normally see you like this, makes it kinda hard to annoy you." Ink asked honestly, looking away.
"I dont know. I'm just in a good mood. Nothing has put me in a bad one yet so I wouldn't test it." Error spoke simply, he seemed happy for real, which was a rare sight, yeah this was dumb, but Error was enjoying it.
Ink felt his cheeks go slightly warm again and smiled, "Well, you know I'll sure as well try." Ink assured error with a slight chuckle, he didn't know if he wanted to ruin his mood, part of him did, but part of him really didn't.
Error looked back at Ink simply as he placed his hand on his knees, the other holding up his head, "It's your turn."

Mischief was about to object when he heard the bell ding on the oven, "It's finished~!" Mischief hopped off the counter excitedly and opened the oven to immediately close it, his fake eyes narrowing, "H o t ."
Error sighed at Mischief's idiocy and walked over to the oven, turning it off, before opening it and grabbing the pan with his bare hand and placing it on the counter, unfathomed. Ink looked from Error's side, "Oooo c a k e." Ink smiled as he looked at it in awe. Ink seemed to enjoy the baking process, it's all so fun.
Mischief looked between Error's hand and the pan repeatedly, questioning why, what, and how.
Error looked at his Painting friend and smiled, he wasn't usually this happy but he loved baking and seeing Ink so happy made him happier than usual, even if it was annoying. The voices in his head were screaming in his head casually, making his head hurt.
Mischief looked at the bare cake curiously, "Can I add the frosting? Pwebby pwease~" Mischief asked oh so politely, leaning over the counter and putting his arms out in front of his face towards the cake pan.
Error nodded, "But be careful, for the love of the multiversal Gods don't drop it." Error spoke sternly, beginning to clean up the kitchen.
Mischief nodded, taking the frosting and a butter knife from one of the drawers, making the cake half bare and half frosted from a standing position besides the counter. This choice about the cake was mainly so that that the two who didn't eat paint could also have some.
Ink sat back down onto the countertop, he didn't really know what to do, so he just sat there, kicking his legs in a state of patient wait.
