Thumps of quiet shoes went along the floor as the destroyer of worlds walked into the kitchen of the large castle slowly, opening the fridge quietly and grabbing an iced coffee before closing it, revealing the sight in the window sill. He rubbed his eye sockets and narrowed them in a small bit of confusion, before a grin arose slowly with a subtle smug look.
The glitch watched for a moment, leaning on the counter beside him as he sipped his coffee before quietly whisper-yelling the word: "Boo." at the king's back with a small, mischievous smile.
Nightmare jumped like a cat almost, the goop he was made out of spiking up high for a moment, splatting the ceiling a bit with goop before settling quickly back into the tentacles and bone the king was made from. With a concerned look, he looked to Killer with a softer gaze, checking that he didn't wake his sleeping subordinate.
The king turned to look at Error quickly, his eye socket wide with a startled look before it narrowed at his new recruit with a new found annoyance. "Not. a. word." Nightmare hissed lowly like an annoyed feline at the glitch, trying not to wake Killer as he shushed Error with a finger to his teeth.
With a swift yet careful movement, Some of his tentacles picked up Killer gently like a glass doll, placing him in Nightmare's arms bridal style, most polite as possible to not wake the sleeping skeleton he had surprisingly fallen for.
Error smiled, laughing quietly to himself as he watched Nightmare start to leave swiftly. He was honestly surprised to see the king who was threatening him only a few hours ago being so soft, it showing in his amused eye lights and stifled snickers.

Nightmare walked around the other side of the counter where Error wasn't quickly. He was really, REALLY embarrassed, that much was obvious by his upped goopiness and completely cyan face. The king completely avoided making eye contact with the other skeleton as he tried to leave the kitchen as quickly as monsterly possible, his shoes thumping along the wood floors quickly to match his quick pace.
Error laughed and waved his hand towards the king, "No, no-" He spoke in between wheezes with a amused grin, setting down his coffee with a click of glass against marble as he spoke. "Set Killer down and let him sleep. He seems relaxed with you more than ever and at least it'll make him stop pacing." Error said simply as he placed a hand on his head, continuing to try and stop laughing, the sound of the pacing was one of a few hundred reasons he was still awake.

Nightmare poked his head from around the corner he had just turned to leave the room. He was quiet for a few seconds before narrowing his eye socket with a huff. "... Fine." Nightmare sighed with his admission of defeat and walked across the room to the couch in the living room, sitting down with Killer still in his arms.
The king of negativity eyed the tea on the counter, but he looked back down to Killer with with a softer gaze. Getting some tea would be nice, but having Killer there was comfy, made him feel less alone.
Error looked towards Nightmare as he walked to the couch, iced coffee in hand. The glitch wheezed a little more as he crossed his arms, not sitting down. "....Really? Him? You fell for him?" He asked, laughing harder.
Nightmare blushed harder than he already was, his face heating up by the second. "I've known him for way longer than you have, Glitch, last time you two even met, you tried to kill him." Nightmare retorted quickly, his words spit out like poison. "Besides, I can't comprehend how you fell for paint freak either." The goopy skeleton hissed with a roll of his eye light as he held Killer closer to his soft sweater, his gaze strict and stern at Error. He hated how exposed he felt, like his little bit of comfort was stripped away. It felt like his privacy was violated.

"One, of course I tried to kill him, We weren't exactly friends but even if we were, I still don't see it." Error retorted, ignoring the second remark simply as his eye sockets narrowed at the king, him smiling mischievously with his small victory.
Nightmare raised his brow with smugness and peaked curiosity. "And two?" A smile slowly tugged at the corners of Nightmare's teeth, his grin mischievous and that most knew. That devilish, evil look of the king showed as he pushed for a second response playfully. This was like poking a sleeping bear, and the king of darkness loved every single second of it.
Error shook his head stubbornly, "Not answering that."
Nightmare chuckled a bit as he rested his head on his hand, his elbow on the arm of the couch, his other arm under Killer. "I know, I know, touchy subject." Nightmare laughed lightly, mischief lingering in his voice as he felt the slight embarrassment radiating off of Error.
"Not even a touchy subject, it would just never happen." The glitch spoke with a low defeated huff, walking over to the kitchen and getting a fancy tea cup from the cupboard. "Tea, Princey?"
Nightmare looked a little surprised by the nickname but spoke simply after a few seconds, his gaze locked on the floor boards. "Yes, please." Nightmare tilted his head slightly on his hand, he seemed to be less grumpy with Killer there, his gaze leading back to the face of his sleeping subordinate. Speaking of which, one of Nightmare's tentacles was patting Killer's head like a cat slowly.
"Do you want creamer or are you a nerd?" Error asked simply with a tired expression, grabbing a cinnamon creamer from the fridge for his iced coffee.
Nightmare took a second to reply, putting a hand up in a pointing motion as if he was gonna say something, but decided against it as he put his hand down on his subordinate's sternum gently.  "Just some basic lavender tea please.." Nightmare spoke quietly, though his royal and strict voice still showed, not faltering for anything.
"So you're a nerd." Error said with a small scoff, whistling slightly and starting to boil some water for the tea. "Of course the two nerds are dating." The glitch spoke teasingly as he leaned on the counter.
