In the arena, all hell had broke loose, the place was more destroyed than it ever should of been, both sides wounded and really needing to get out of there.
Ink was trying to fight Killer, which was odd given how Killer was close range and Ink was able to fight from far away. This proved difficult from the looks of their tattered clothes.
Dust and Masky were fighting, though it wasn't much of an interesting fight, they both matched in strength.
 That left Dream with Horror.
All of them had fought while the Error and Nightmare were elsewhere, leaving them all wounded and battered.
"Can't we just call it a draw? That would be a lot easier than all of this." Dream said with a heavy huff as a bloodied Horror attacked with his axe, only stopped by the two knives of Dream holding the large blade back.
"Well, I don't think Kraken would like us losing.. Again." Horror tried to speak through tired breaths as he tried to swing again at Dream, Dream blocking once again. It seemed Dream was trying to not hurt Horror anymore than already necessary.

Ink looked at Killer before looking up to the observation room, it was oddly silent there. 'We need to get out of here- fast.' Ink thought as he blocked a few fast attacks from Killer's knife with his arm and made a black paint stroke at the window before making one on the ground beside him.
The small skeleton jumped into the black pool and forming out of the Ink he had thrown at the window, shattering the glass into hundreds of pieces as he crashed through the crystal clear glass. "Ayo! Error! Deathcicle! We gotta go!" Ink called firmly as he looked around. "Wait- Where's Error?" Ink asked, looking to the disheveled mess on the floor that we named Reaper.

"He-... I'm so s-so sorry, I couldn't protect him, I-..." Reaper rambled on a bit with his words, he was a sobbing mess, choking on his words as he wiped the blue away from his cheekbones with his cloak sleeve. The robe felt like Error's presence. That fact just made him cry more.
"Okay okay, slow down- What happened?" Ink spoke slowly, not understanding a word the god spoke as he kneeled down beside the god of death, his eye lights cycling through colors of confusion and concern.
"Nightmare-..." Reaper choked a bit on words, sniffling a bit, how was he going to tell Ink that his crush died? Even in doing so, he'd have to admit it to himself as well. "...Nightmare killed him." Reaper finally got out in clear words shakily. He hated it, he hated saying that. The god hugged himself to try and feel some kind of comfort as he shut his eye sockets tight, buzzing ringing through his skull as his thoughts were clouded with pain.

Ink's eye sockets widened as he looked at the ground, trying to find a way for it to not be true while still understanding the words. It felt like the world around him stopped. "No- No no no no no- There is no way that happened! I'm sure he's alive! There's no dust here see? Maybe he isn't dead-" Ink spoke fast as he forced a smile of panic, him looking around the observatory for any kind of sign that Error was alive, but it came through nothing but more to prove Reaper's words. Not a word or a sound besides the battle in the background and Reaper's small, pitiful sobs accompanied the gruesome scene. His sight failed him as his gaze landed on the dust and blood in front of him.
Ink felt a few tears prick at the corners of his eyes, but he quickly wiped them away, his hands clenched into fists so tight, he could of swore they could of started to bleed. "We can grieve later, we have to go." Ink spoke with as little emotion in his voice as he could, pain and sadness clinging to his words like a desperate attempt for comfort, mainly to hide the sorrow he felt. It was an odd feeling of numb that he hadn't felt in a long time.
Reaper took a second to collect himself before nodding and looking at Ink.
"A strategic retreat is in order." Ink said quietly as he looked down at Dream and Masky below.

Masky looked up at Ink, Ink had shook his head no, his gaze solemn and dull. Masky didn't quite understand what the god of creativity meant, but he had a feeling he knew what he was getting at.
The masked skeleton moved his head to the side a bit, dodging a bone attack from Dust before running to Dream, bones following. "Alight, we are leaving, it's best to get to Reaper and Ink, I'll put up with these lackeys." Masky told Dream quickly as he summoned a bone attack from the ground, bonking Horror on the chin with one fluid movement, sending the taller monster's head back a bit.
"oW-" Horror hissed in pain as he rubbed the bruise left in the marrow.
Dream nodded quickly and ran off to the door that led up to the observation room swiftly, his steps light but quick like that of a rabbit.
Masky sent a wall of bones like a barrier up beside Dream to stop the other skeletons from attacking him.
Masky looked to the skeletons surrounding him as Dream escaped. "So, who will I be facing first?" Masky hissed as he prepared himself for a fight with them, clenching his fists like he was about to have a fist fight with the three fellows in front of him, his feet spaced out below him, his fake X eyes sharp.

Dream made it to the door up and it opened after Ink slammed the button to open it, he didn't have time to question it so he just started running up the stairs, skidding to a halt at the top. "Ink! Reaper! Where's Error?" Dream asked, concern lacing his yellow gaze as he looked to the two skeletons for wounds, seeing the gruesome scene.
"We'll explain later, just open your portal." Ink said in a monotone voice, looking out at Masky and Nightmare's goons, the tension radiating from the battlefield as Dream started to form the portal.
Reaper used his scythe to stay up, the dark blue bags under his eyes not leaving as he looked at the floor, regret shining in his one eye lighted gaze.

Masky knew he was outnumbered, and out matched, he had to get out of here, fast.
Masky surveyed his surroundings before running past Horror and Dust, ducking between them as Killer tried to grab his scarf.
"YOU CAN'T JUST RUN, LITTLE HARLEQUIN." Horror laughed as he threw his axe at Masky, it missing by a hair as Masky ran out of the room.
"How in the hell did you miss that??" Killer laughed before he ran forwards, chasing after Masky swiftly as Horror chased him along, summoning another axe as the other in the wall turned to dust.

Masky ran up the stairs to the main room of the castle, the three skeletons chasing after him as he ran through the hall and out the large front door, his boots stomping on the tiles. Masky looked around him as he ran out, one of those cracks in time that he liked to call rifts were there. Masky felt his adrenaline spike as he heard the shining sound of a knife get thrown at him. He charged for the rift before he pulled the crack in space open, jumping in just before the knife could hit him in the back of the head.

A splash echoed out as he landed on the liquid ground of his home dimension, the galaxy surrounding him.
Masky fell backwards, the ground splashing up as he huffed for air,
he was really, really  tired.
