Back on the isle, a certain redhead walked down the street humming a beat, a wicked beat.

She was on her way back to the little shack she stayed in. She never bothered to ask her mother for help, nor her sisters. They didn't have an ounce of kindness in their evil hearts.

They were the most feared and right after was the evil fairy. Maleficent herself despised her aunts and mother. She hated to be second best.

As Maddie was walking down the street, she could see a certain group running around causing trouble. Maddie stayed away from everybody, she hadn't made any friends. She did make an acquaintance with Evie, the daughter of the Evil Queen.

She only talked to the girl because she had been shunned away once before and they bonded over that. Until her time was up and she became best friends with said person who shunned her away.

Her path was blocked by a certain pirate who wouldn't take a hint anymore.

"How can I help you Hook?" Maddie spoke, looking at him with a bored expression.

"Now come on love, don't look at me like that, you know you love me." He spoke, his accent rigging through my head like a siren call.

It was the damn accent.

"Leave me alone Hook, how many times must I say that?" Maddie pushed him out of the way and continued her walk.

She could hear Harry walking behind her, on his way to catch up until one of Maleficent's knuckleheads stepped in her path. Maddie crashed into his chest and she stepped back, stunned. She made a move to walk around when he stepped in front of her again. She looked behind her to see that Hook had left her, which wasn't a surprise.

"Can I help you pea brain?" Maddie asked the man, her voice telling she wasn't in the mood for anything. Which is absolutely true. She didn't socialize with people, she merely went out for food and water then came back to her home.

It was very depressing but so was she, she missed Auradon, even if they did shun her away. She missed her father the most, wherever he was. She looked for him when she was thrown through the barrier. She called for him for hours until a lady told her in a rude way to stay quiet and her dad wasn't there.

She cried for weeks, she had heard of her mothers side of the family being there but she didn't bother. They left her once, why would they let her back in?

She missed Alice. She was Maddie's only mother figure,  besides Belle. Alice was the one who watched Maddie while Terrance would be making hats. Alice played with her and had tea time. They would go into the meadows surrounding Auradon.

She also missed her best friend, her childhood crush. She missed Ben. She never had the chance to say goodbye.

That's what upset her the most.

"Maleficent wants to see you." Were the only gruff words that left his mouth.

"And that is supposed to affect me because?" Maddie trailed off. The hell did Maleficent want?

"She calls then you come."

Maddie rolled her eyes and turned to leave before two much larger arms wrapped around her and picked her up. With a yelp Maddie kicked and yelled for the big idiot to let her down.

Of course that didn't happen and she was carried all the way to Maleficent's "lair".

She was dropped on the floor in front of the Villains.

Looking at each one she could see them aging. The wrinkles that started to crowd The Evil Queen. Cruella slowly loses her mind, or maybe it's always been gone. Maddie tilted her head agreeing with her own discussion inside her mind.
