KAROLINA and Solaria were shocked at Alex when he said that they might have to kill AWOL. They weren't like their parents, killers. And it was already traumatic enough to see people get killed, so killing somebody? Wasn't exactly the best idea in the ball park. The two girls wouldn't use their powers to take someone else's life, it wasn't in them.
It was a tough decision, and they needed time to think about this. "You guys, Nico's loosing it!" Molly had warned them about the girl, "Times up." They all go back to the foyer, hearing Nico scream as she looked weakened. "Come on, little witch! You was all big and-" AWOL couldn't finish his sentence as Karolina knocked him down with her light. He went flying back into the wall. Molly, Alex and Ria went to check on the man to see if he was alive, it was a pretty hard blow.
The banging on the door got louder, "Tell 'em to stop! Now!" Alex didn't give AWOL a choice, he lifts up his bruised body to the walkie talkie, "Hold the ram." The banging had stopped as soon as he spoke. "Even without them trying to break in, I can't hold it anymore." Nico had tears streaming down her face, her mascara was coming off. "You won't have to. They would have an ambush of rotten cops, but Ria and they rest were ready. Karolina was going to cover Nico, since she used her energy up during the spell. The group had gotten different objects that were heavy enough to cover the stairs , it made a huge mountain, it wouldn't be so easy trying to to get teens when're a bunch of stuff was in your way. After they were done, Molly went to sneak out and recuse Livvie.
Alex exhaled deeply, "Okay, be patient. Stay in the edges. Do not get cornered. And don't let them cross that line." Alex told Ria and Karolina, Nico was using the bit of energy to hold off a spell, AWOL was tiring in the center of the foyer, tied up and had duck tape over his mouth. "If we yield the higher ground, we're screwed." Karolina and Ria nodded, "Yep. And where did you learn all of this shit anyways?" Solaria was curious alongside Karolina who had the same question.
"Simple video game theory. My dad said playing Fortnite till 4:00 am was a waste of time." Nico groans in pain, "Nico, are you okay?" Karolina asked her girlfriend, which she just responded by nodding her head. Even though she said she was okay, she definitely didn't look okay. "All right. Let down the shield." Now the plan was officially in motion. The teens hid behind the big mountain of furniture, hearing heavy footsteps and the cops entering.
Cops shouted loudly, the teens tried to stay as quiet as possible. "They're at the top of the landing." They heard AWOL tell his goons, "Nico, now!" Alex told Nico, but she was too weak. "Nico! Shit!" Ria had quickly filled in for the exhausted girl, she had telekinetically thrown some of their guns, leaving them to shout amongst themselves. "Shit! The witch is down! Get up there and corner they ass! Watch out for the other one!" AWOL demanded his men.
