Riley's POV
"Mia you have to tell her." I hear Jonathan say
"Why?" Mia shrugs "It's not even a big deal."
"Not a big deal? Do you realize that you could of died today?" Jonathan yells
"But I didn't."
"I know... but Mia that's not my point." He trails "She has deserves know."
"What she doesn't know won't hurt her."
I watch as Jonathan gives his sister a blank stare
"What?" He asks confused
"I don't know." Mia shrugs "It sounded better in my head."
He roll his eyes at her
"Either you tell her or I will." He sighs
"Go right a-"
"Tell me what?" I finally wake up from 'sleeping'
I watch as they both exchange a few blank stares before Jonathan begins to say
"Um-"
"Alright if you guys don't mind, I'm going to ask you leave the room for few minutes while I check on Mia." The doctor says walking in
"Yeah sure thing Doc." Jonathan heads to the door, motioning for me to follow
"Save by the doctor." I hear Mia mumble
We walked in silence down the hall. I wasn't sure if I should say anything or just wait, I waited few minutes before I grew impatient.
"So you said you were going to tell me or something." I say fiddling with my hands
"Oh yeah, why don't we grab a bite to eat or something and I'll explain after that?"
I nod as we enter the cafeteria
"Do you want anything?" He asks getting in line
I shake my head no
"It's on me." He pleads giving me one of his famous smiles
I can't help but give in
"A hot chocolate." I sigh
He smiles at me before turning to the cashier
