Chapter 6

It's been a week now since the table read. Things were actually turning out alright. Besides that one big fight Leo and I had. Dad had to go to Mexico on Saturday and was away for 2 days to ensure the set locations were ready. Leo had plans to go see Tobey and the boys that were in this so called "pussy posse" So I took it upon myself to throw a party. Leo got home in the early hours of the morning to the house trashed and myself passed out on the staircase. Now you would think that the party and everything would have triggered his anger but no. The argument? It was about all the rubbish and discarded cans scattered around the house and outside. Something about being bad for the environment? He was forcing me to get up and tidy up since Marissa wasn't around. He screamed at me for not recycling the right things and so forth. Random right? We ended up screaming at each other so bad that when Marissa did arrive she had to seperate us and send us to our rooms. We were acting like foolish kids. That was the only fight we had and we're all goods now well since we have been trying to not get in each others way that is.

I have been focusing on my script the last couple of days and have finally memorised majority of the film. I still didn't understand a single line but I guess if I acted like I did then i should be able to convince everyone that I'm Juliet

I was currently out at a restaurant with Ava. Wearing a puffy sleeve mini dress and my hair curled. Keeping my appearance on point at all times is something I pride on. Something that rubbed off onto me since spending so much time with Ava these years.

"So how did you go with your dad finding out about the party?" Ava questioned twirling her spaghetti around her fork

"He never found out, Although I could've sworn Leo was gonna say something after our screaming match the next morning"

"I just can't believe he lives with you now!" She leaned forward and lowered her voice. "He's changed in the looks department, he's seriously so hot" her eyes rolled back. Just another girl to add onto the list of Leo's admirers

"Quit the drooling, it's not good look" I rolled my eyes

"Have you seen him tho?" I gave her the girl-your-asking-me look

"Ok dumb question, but he's gorgeous he lost all of the baby face, his jaw is so chiseled and his eyes omg the eyes-" I tuned out at this point. She was right though, he has had a huge glow up since we last saw him, even when he was attractive back then too but I couldn't get past his ugly personality

"Ava that frat party? I need to know what happened, the photo is so embarrassing" I cut her off desperately trying to change the subject

"I told you the other night? At your party remember?" She giggled "I think you need to slow down on the drinking so you can actually remember at least one good night" I rolled my eyes

"At least I know how to have fun" I stuck out my tongue

"Ok long story short, you got so plastered that you hooked up with 3 guys, was dancing on the tables, and managed to take the party out the front. Everyone loved you that night they carried you on to one of the kegs chanting your name and you just started stripping. Don't worry the pic stays with me" she whispered the last part tapping her nose. I trusted her, I knew I had nothing to worry about.

"I just can't believe you're leaving soon, I'm so jealous! You're gonna be out partying it up everyday without me" she pouted

"Don't be jealous I'm not going to be doing anything but busting my balls off out there. I don't think I'll have the time"

"Oh come on Kenna, since when have that ever stopped you, tell you what, you try out all the locations! I'm going to try get over there during my break and you can give me a tour.... No wait club hopping! Aaah yes OMG and didn't you say Leo will be there to?!" I couldn't help myself from tuning out again while she starts blabbering on about Parties and boys
