Chapter Thirty Seven

When we get out in the parking lot, I hear someone calling my name and turn around to find Tzuyu. I didn't even know she was at the game today. I wave at her from a distance and she smiles, making her way to me.

"Hey." She breathes.

"Hi. What's up?" I ask.

"Oh, um, Jungkook asked me to tell you to wait in the parking lot. He said something about going out or shit like that." Tzuyu says, waving her hand around.

"Not another party." I groan, making her laugh.

"Yeah, I am kinda sick of the parties after every game too. But he didn't mention one, so fingers crossed." She smiles.

Rosé and jisoo are talking amongst themselves but then Rosé excitedly turns towards me, wrapping her arms around my body in surprise, making me waver a step back as I pat her back awkwardly because we just don't hug like that.

"I might have saved your life or something, Rosé.. but this is awkward." I say, "Also, can't breathe!"

She immediately lets go of me and I notice Jisoo and Tzuyu laughing at us. Rosé's eyes are wide and excited as she stares at me.

"You scored me a dinner at her house. I kind of owe you my life." She says.

Oh, so that's what this is about. I shrug at her, "No big deal. Just fed her step-mom lies about how wonderful you are." I tease her and she pouts.

"I am gonna let that slip because I am happy, and I know that you actually meant it." She grins, "Also, sorry that it got Jennie and you stuck."

"Got us stuck where?" I hear Jennie behind me and immediately close my eyes, groaning internally.

I don't want to be around her right now, especially not when I am jealous of a stranger girl, and especially not when I am having a bad day to which she has contributed hell a lot!

"No where." I glare at Rosé and jisoo to keep their mouth shut before I turn around to see my wonderful girlfriend. Note the sarcasm.

She looks down at me, a frown set between her brows, "How are you feeling?" She asks.

"Fine."

She scowls further, "What's wrong?"

"Nothing." I say and then quickly add, "Congratulations on the game and captainship." I smile at her genuinely and she returns it.

"Thanks, Lisa." She kisses my forehead, the warm feeling seeping in as her lips touch my skin and at the gesture.

When an unfamiliar voice fills my ear, I immediately take a step back from Jennie to see who it belongs to. The short hair girl with white skin immediately comes in my view and jisoo pulls me to her, Rosé putting an arm around my shoulder which makes me laugh a little at her protective gesture.

Jungkook is following behind the girl, and when he sees me, he comes to my side and rosé drops her arm as Jungkook gives Tzuyu a quick kiss on the lips before giving me a small hug.

"Congrats, kookie." I grin at him, momentarily forgetting about my worries.

"Thanks, Lily. Sorry I didn't beat chanyeol's ass as promised." He pouts and I laugh.

"You kidding? You should have seen his face when they lost. It was better than anything." I tell him, making him shaking his head at me with a smile on his lips.

"I don't know who you are, but I kind of agree with you. Hate the Forney's!" The girls says and I look at her, since she's obviously talking to me.

Jimin looks between the girl and I, "Lisa, that's Sana, my sister." He says and my mind goes a total blank for two seconds because I definitely didn't see that coming.
