Aravind stood rooted to the ground, not knowing how to express his guilt of not listening to his father's words and left their house.

He couldn't accept his father's guilt, when actually he was right that he couldn't do his passion without any base for it. There were lot of ways to achieve his passion, if he had just treated that as passion.

But problem arised when he started believing that his passion could be a better profession for him. There he failed just like how his father predicted. Maybe he could have listened to his father.

Which father would think of a bad to his child?

"Let's conduct the function on coming friday." Parvati said, checking the calendar.

"Enga anni pannalam? Thoppu veetla pannalama? Konjam freeya irukum guests vandhutu porathuku." Veni suggested.

"Illa na..." Lakshmi started but Lakshman cut her off everyone, "Mandabathula vaikulam. Kalyanam mathiriye conduct pannirlam."

Ladies shared a knowing look and agreed to him.

"Sari, naan poi Manikum mapilaikum sapadu dress kuduthu vidran. Sakthi, Vaa da!" Parvati shouted.

"Athai, naan poitu varan. Avan padikatum." Rakshan went to his room to fresh up.

Pugazh and Sarath went to their houses respectively. Ladies went to the kitchen, leaving the father and son duo.

Aravind looked at Lakshman longingly, but hesitated to initiate a conversation. Lakshman understood and smiled at him, "Poi kulichutu vaa. Appadiye namma thotathuku poitu varalam."

"Sari, Paa." He rushed to his room hurriedly and took quick bath. He was not standing on his leg. Just spin in the air to have a day out with his dad.

In this he forgot that there was someone, who was badly waiting to be in his embrace. She went to his room in search of him, after knowing his return.

"Hey, Sahana va va. Intha dress okay va?" He asked, looking himself in the mirror while buttoning his shirt.

"Haan..." Before she could complete, "Nalla than irukum. Yen appa enaku kadaisiya eduthu kuduthathu. Enna konjam illa rompave tight ah than iruku..."

"Naan venuna alter panni tharava?" She asked, hiding her all emotions.

He looked at her surprisingly with smile, "Unaku theriyuma?"

"Mmm. Amma, periyamma, athailam cloth stitch pannuvanga. Konjam konjam enakum theriyum." She shrugged her shoulders.

"Sari, enaku itha konjam alter panni thariya?" He removed his shirt and about to give to her but stopped in mid, "Correct ah stitch panniduvala? Sothapiratha, appa vangi kuduthathu."

"Sari kudunga, naan athaikita Kani akkakita kuduthu stitch panna solran. Naan pannala." She was visibly upset but didn't show that on her face and took that shirt from him.

She turned to move out but he held her wrist and pulled her to him. Her heartbeats raced, as his cold hands wrapped around her waist.

"Sorry di, rompa naal kalichu appa kooda veliya porana, athan tension. Hurt pannitana?" He tugged the fallen hair strands behind her ears.

"Illala. Namma ippo two monthsa thana oruthar oruthar pathi therinjukurom. Athalam neenga ethum hurt pannala. I'm okay." She plastered a smile on her face and got out of his hold, leaving the room.

Aravind sighed and decided to make up for his behaviour when she comes back. But to his disappointment Kani came there with his shirt after 15 minutes.

"Thambi, unga shirt. Potu pathu okay va sollunga." She handed that to him and waited outside his room.
