why have you even
stayed with him so long
i know it's not your fault-
you didn't know what truly lies
beneath the surface of man
but it prickles your skin now
you can't even pretend to
put on a front in front of your kids
because now they have grown
they know
they don't want it either
you can't delude yourself anymore
so why can't you just leave?
please, leave
