Lotus Blossom | {Nezha x reader}

Ch 2. The First Lesson

You yawned in tiredness "Alright... care to explain why you are bringing me out to here at so early in the morning?" You complained as Nezha sighed "I am bringing you out here because we need to be in quiet area. MEANING. Absolutely no distractions. No noise.. Just calm... and quiet." He explained as he went on further into the forest and you followed suit, it took a while to get to the destination you where heading to.

You stared in awe once you arrived at the destination. A clear area in the forest with the sunshining through. The kind hear about in the fairytales mother always told you. "This place is where I go to meditate. It's calming aura helps with the three most important aspects about meditation. Focus, relaxation and, calming the mind." Nezha explained calmly you turn to look at him and ask "ok so... why did you.. bring me here..?" Nezha was silent for a small moment before he responded "I brought you here so you can learn how to meditate-" you interrupted him "WHAT!? I know how to medita-" He interrupted you "PROPERLY." You looked dumbfounded "... I beg your pardon?" You asked Nezha sighed "Meditation will help you be calm, to help you harness your abilities and to use them incase anyone where to attack you. Your enemy will look for weakness, a way to defeat you. Once you show that weakness through things like fear, worry or any emotion that may come up instinctivly when protecting someone or thing, then your enemy will have a much easier time to win." Nezha explained with you listening intriguingly.

"Alright, now with that out the way. Since it is your first lesson it will not be that long." He said.

"Lotus, you are still doing it wrong." Nezha said correcting you again it's been five minutes and it's getting frustrating. Nezha could sense your frustration and knelt down your level to help you get into the right position. "Please don't be frustrated, it's natural to not get it right the first time." He told you as he finished getting himself into position before saying "Now, Lotus Blossom. I need you to listen to me. Alright." You simply nodded and he smiled a little

"Ok, close your eyes and breath in." He says as he closes his eyes as he breaths in, you do the same you stay like that for a few seconds "and breath out" he instructed breathing out himself, you breathed out instantly feeling yourself relax "Good. Now keep doing that until you fall into a routine." He told you in a calm voice.

It's been ten minutes. Ten minutes of you and Nezha just siting and breathing in and out. "Now I need you to start taking in all of your surroundings, such as what you can hear, smell,... touch take in all of it." He told you. You listened to him as you can hear the rustling of the trees, the birds chirping. Feeling the grass on your legs and strand of your hair on your face and smelling the flowers around you as the wind blows lightly.
It was all very calming as you allowed yourself to bring your gaurd down and go into total relaxation.

Another 30 minutes go by and Nezha stops "Ok how about we take a break now. Have something to eat and stretch so your body does not become strained from sitting for so long."

You open your eyes as he gets food, mainly variety of fruit and water. "Come here Lotus.. Sit next to me." He said as he sat down on the grass. You sighed contently as you stood up and walked over to him and sat down.
The silence was comfortable and quiet. It took about 3 three minutes before You began to make small talk, the small talk ended up to be a full conversation of talking about nothing in particular.

After you had finished eating you both stood up. "Ok Y/n. I think you should head home for today. But before you go. You have to be here at nine am sharp weekly. If you're not here at ten minutes after nine I will personally come to your house or current location to pick you up myself. Understand?" He said as you simply nod in agreement before answering "ok, until next week." "Until next week Y/n. Bye." Nezha said before leaving.

You simply walked up think upon what he said to you. "Nine am sharp." You then groan in annoyance "I'm going to have to wake up earlier from now around aren't I..." you said not looking forward to the early wake ups.
