GOTN Chap 24 - Just Like Mia's House, Our House Burnt Down

"I can just take it at night. All good, now let's go" my dad said. "Vriore it says here you need to take it every morning 9am" king Leoren said. "The hell" my dad replied. "You know what, let's go home and we'll figure things out." he added.

"Yeah might as well rest, let's go we'll teleport there." king Leoren said. Once we got there we saw fire trucks and firemen. Me and dad stood there shocked. "Vrie! Dad! You guys are here!" Maire yelled as he came out behind of the trucks.

"What happened?!" my dad asked. "There was a dude in all black! I swear he was a silhouette a-and I couldn't move and then he set our things on fire and-" Maire started to tear up. "Hey calm down bud... It's okay" My dad said as he hugged Maire.

I went to find mom. "Mom why is Maire suddenly a softie?" I asked. "I'll understand if he was like 7 years old or something" I added. "Well dear, your brother had a traumatic experience with fire. Something similar has happened to him when he was six years old, our house got burnt down by the same guy he was talking about. I didn't even see what happened. I was just there Maire looked traumatized and he was there frozen and suddenly a fire started out of nowhere." She explained.

"Your uncle had the same experience when they're house burnt down" She added. "Who is it and why can't we see it?" I asked in shock. Later, I walked around our burnt down house and found my phone. "Oh gosh thank goodness you still work" I said. 'THE BOOK!' I thought. I immediately went searching for it.

After my test, I asked to borrow it because I wanted to learn more about it. I searched and searched until I found it! It was not damaged. It stayed the same as if no one has ever touched it! "Oh my gosh thank you" I said. I also found a few things; Maire's phone was crushed but that's fine since he doesn't really care about it. I got out and I heard king Leoren and my dad speaking.

"Vriore Karliem Cesaire, this is king's orders. You will stay at my castle until your new house is built." King Leoren ordered. "F--- no Leo. I'm not some hopeless baby!" My dad yelled. "You are the child of the group Vri, please let big brother help" king Leoren tried to convince. "Are you sure you're okay with that Leo?" My mom asked.

"Of course! My daughter has been begging me to order you guys to let you live at our castle." He added. "SO THEY'RE STAYING WITH US?!??!?!" Almea said as she came towards us. "Almea no running sweetie! You'll hurt yourself!!" king Leoren yelled. "OMG VRIEYA YOU'RE STAYING WITH US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" she squealed as she hugged me.

"Ahaha yeah, I think I'll get lost" I said. "Nuh uh. Your room is near mine. Or we can share my room!!!" She squealed. "Vrieya will have her own room Almea, and please stop squealing dear your voice is gonna break!" king Leoren asked.

"Dad you sound like a mom worrying about a one year old falling into a lava pit" Almea teased. We both laughed at that including my dad. "Well, I'd rather be worried than just let you be and lose your voice dear." He replied.

"Now let's get to the castle, you need rest Vriore." He added as he teleported us to the castle. I've never been in the castle before. We got in and it was huge! "Woah..." "Daddy I think it's too big" Almea complained.

"Almea stop complaining and go see your mother and siblings and tell them the news." He said. "Ugh school is gonna start next week" I complained. "Ewww!" Almea replied. "I only go to school because home school sucks even more!" Almea said.

"Every school sucks." I added. "Yeah" she agreed. "Ooh! You can join our friend group! Finally another girl in it!" I said in excitement. "Seriously all boys? Thank goodness no other girls. I've seen in school that most of the girls there just care about dresses and makeup. Like I hate those because I'm tired of wearing them every time." Almea complained.

"Bet you'll love our weirdo bean" I said. "Omg you have a cute one with you?!" She squealed. "He's like taller than me you and Jake but he's frickin adorable." I replied. "Aw man! I hate feeling small. May I know their names?" She asked.

"The bean is Kircee, the ice cube obviously is Jake and the chill dude is Jiro, my cousin is part of our group but she moved back home, she's the let's say too energetic one." I replied. "Wow okay! I'm excited!" She said. "Also what does that Jiro guy look like? He has the same name as the dude I'm gonna do some movie with" She asked. "You have a photo?" I asked.

"Yeah wait lemme get it. Let's go to my room!" She said as she pulled me to her room. We got in her room and bro her room is like ten times bigger than mine! "Here ya go! He's a famous teen actor and singer in Kaizishia" She said as she handed me a folded paper. I opened it and was shocked.

"WAIT WHAT!?" I yelled in shock. It was Jiro! "You didn't know?" She asked. "You said Kaizishia so of course I don't know!" I said. "I wonder why he moved here" She said. "Ah that's probably how he met Kircee, he was in Kaizishia" I said to myself. Kircee's family works for the royal family in Kaizishia.

"What?" She asked. "Ah it's nothing." I said. The next day me and Almea were discussing our theories about Guardian Siel then we heard a scream. "VRIORE COME BACK HERE!!!!!!!" We both looked at each other. "Isn't that your dad?" I asked. "He sounds scary when he's mad..." She replied.

"I wonder what made my dad mad at your dad" she added. "I wonder too, wanna see what's going on?" I asked. "HECK YEAH!" She yelled. And we went out to see my dad being chased by king Leoren holding my dad's medicines. He hated taking medicines.

"EWWWW LEO GET IT AWAY FROM ME!!!!!!!" – Vriore

"NOOO IT'S DISCUSTING!!!!!" – Vriore
"VRIORE STOP RUNNING AND JUST DRINK THE MEDICINE" – Jia
"C'mon Vri! How is he so fast?!" – Aileia
"He trained Maire when he was younger, I guess he also got some training" – Jia
"VRIORE KARLIEM CESAIRE DRINK THIS MEDICINE NOW!" – Leoren
"I'll go get Zane" – Jia
"Wait why do we need him?" – Vrieya
"It's obvious dear" – Jia

Me and Almea stood there confused. Why did they need Zane? "Wonder why they need Mr. Kerolen" Almea said. A few minutes later another voice came in. "VRIORE STOP RUNNING OR ELSE!" it was him. "Oh gosh he's here" Almea said. "You scared?" I asked.
