I woke up on the floor with a pillow and blanket. I blink looking around seeing the mess Lyanna had made was now clean. I looked at the time seeing it's 10pm. Getting off the floor the first room I went to was the nursery. Rubbing my stiff neck I walked in to see Lyanna and the twins snuggle up in the big brown oversized sofa we bought. Her eye darted towards me as the smile from her face fade into a worried one.
"I was trying to get you to the bed but you told me to leave you be." She comment due to me rubbing my neck. I shook my head bringing my hand to my shoulder massaging that part.
"I'm alright. How you feeling?" I asked her joining her on the sofa having her sit on my laps as she held the twins tight in each arm. Hazel and Lamont look busy entertaining one another.
"I took my pills." She mutter and I nod my head knowing she's calm; yet she hates it. She told me the pills make her feel like a zombie.
"That's good. I'm proud." I said kissing the side of her head.
"Did you enjoyed napping on the floor?" She switched the topic quickly and I shrug my shoulders.
"It was a nap I need it." I told her and she hummed. I poke Lamont on the cheek catching his sister attention as she reach for me I took her letting on of Lyanna arm rest as she adjusted herself and Lamont.
"I talked to Marya today." Lyanna began and I nod my head giving Hazel a couple of kisses on her face making her laugh.
"How was that?" I asked turning my attention towards Lyanna while her eyes watched me close.
"She suggested we be around family but I declined the offer because we all have our own thing going on. I don't want her and Ruslan coming here just because I can't control my moods." She spoke and I hummed understanding. We just settle in coming back home it do make no sense for them come over while we just left like three months ago.
"Maybe she missed you t-
"She doesn't look like she has postpartum depression. I don't want her here seeing me struggle with my mental health." She interrupted me and I frowned, knowing the feeling. Family can be judgmental but I barely see Marya judge us unless it's a line we crossed.
"I get it and will respect it. I will let you know if it gets out of hand I am calling her." I was honest with Lyanna who just stared at me before looking away mumbling fine. The two of us sat there with our kids in hand letting the two try to stand and move around us like a jungle gym.
"How long have you been in here?" I asked her out the blue and she shrug her shoulders.
"Since I woke up- well after cleaning the room I came in here change them both since one pee and the other shit. So like twenty if not thirty minutes of me trying to get them to go back to sleep but they just wanna play." She said getting up while Lamont pulled on her head a little. I got up having Hazel on my hip as she struggle to climb to my shoulders. Reaching over to Lamont hand I fus with it getting the grip to untangle from his mother's hair. I followed Lyanna out the room as we both head to our bed room to sleep there. Closing the door and locking it I turned the tv on while Lamont and her settle on the bed sitting him down but he falls back laughing while Lyanna looked slightly irritated but ignore it getting underneath the covers before picking him back up to lay him on her chest which he quickly lift his head up looking around.
