1949
Howard Stark, Peggy Carter and Demilia Count stand in front of the building which would be known as Shield Headquarters.
"He'd be proud of you. Both of you. You know that right." Howard says.
"I know." Demi replies.
"He'll be always be here in our hearts. Forever." Peggy adds on.
"And that love has brought about something that will change the world. Welcome to Shield, ladies." Howard smiles.
1960
"I'm so proud of you. Of you what you've done with your life since you lost him." Erskine's weak voice says. "You're my daughter and I love you. You're going to be fine without me because I'll always be with you in here." He places his hand on my heart.
"I love you dad." He smiles at my words before his eyes slowly start to close and his hand drops from my heart.
Tears stream from my eyes as he takes his last breath and the heart monitor sounds that heart wrenching tone. I place my hand on my heart.
"You'll always be with me in here. Forever."
1991
I look at the television in shock.
"The death of Howard and Maria Stark shocks the world. Many tributes have been sent in from all across the world. We wish the best to all family and friends of the Starks including their son, Anthony. They will be missed. No further information has been released on this tragedy."
A single tear runs down my cheek.
1996
Gunshots echo throughout the air and heavy footsteps come from above me. I gasp as bullets start raining down from above. This fucker is shooting through the ceiling.
I sped up to the roof top trying to get away. Pain shoots through my back as a bullet hits my spine. I'm about to collapse when an arm wraps around my neck and squeezes cutting off my oxygen supply.
My hands reach up to tug at the arm but are met with slippery metal. Another bullet pierces my stomach as I start to feel dizzy at the loss of the blood.
He lets me go but pushes me to the edge of the rooftop and I'm met with dark eyes and a menacing glare but the eyes look familiar somehow. I don't have time to contemplate because he pushes me and I fall.
Everything goes dark.
