I made sure to have a message sent to Tony and the others as soon as it could reach them, in the meantime Jarvis controlled the jet towards the HYDRA base as I typed into my computer which was linked to one of Tony’s multiple suits.

I was working on giving JARVIS full control of the body. I would enter the facility disguised as one of the soldiers whilst JARVIS was on standby, trying to find the others as we travelled around.

“The suit is ready Miss Greene”

“Brill” I muttered, setting the laptop down as I moved to the closet, which was actually a fancy suit making machine with a much fancier name that I couldn’t remember.

The team had used it dozens of times for missions, and it was strange being here, using all the stuff they usually did.

I put on the perfect replica and did my hair up, shoving a hat onto my head. I sighed, looking at myself in the mirror.

I really hoped I could get the others out of here, in one piece.

A shiver ran down my spine as I prepared for landing, unhooking everything, and putting on my new and improved glasses, they would give Jarvis the full view.

“Be careful, Miss Greene”

“Just make sure you have my back Jarv” I uttered before stepping out of the jet, clipping on my ID and making my way towards the entrance, merging in behind a fleet of cars, my heart racing the whole time as I tried not to look around too vigorously. I didn’t want to seem suspicious.

I followed my little group of people inside, Jarvis actively translating their speech into text before my eyes.

"How long do you think they will last?"

"Which one?"

The two men in front of me snickered and I tried to keep my face stoic.

"My money is on the soldier, that is if they can shape his brain after he’s been put back in the blender."

"I’m surprised there’s anything left at this point."

Bucky.

I had to find him before they put him in the chair, I didn’t stand a chance against him.

In a non-offensive way.

But he was a super soldier, and I wasn’t.

“What's the easiest route to the solider? I have orders to observe and report.”

They looked at me, eyes narrowing, and I almost forgot to breathe, hoping my German was enough to cover my ass.

"You do not know the way?"

I played bashful, ducking my head in mock embarrassment.

“I have been shown the way before, but my memory is not the best with all these halls…they are so alike” they muttered in agreement, and I seemed to have gotten away with it.

They gave me directions down a set of halls to reach Bucky, or The Solider as they called him, I thanked them and headed off.

Leaving them with a hail HYDRA and a salute.

I cringed under my skin as I did so, turning and keeping a steady pace as I marched away. Jarvis kept me on the right path, and I mentally thanked Tony for making such a brilliant AI.

Maybe it would be a good idea to get a weapon or something.

I pushed the glasses further up my nose, discretely pushing a little button on the side which realised a tiny drone the size of a money spider, allowing Jarvis to have his own eyes.
