Damini's mind was racing. This is it. She knew this was going to happen, and she had a way to solve it. Damini turned and ran towards Peter. In her dream, she had seen a sewage system in the warehouse and a tank, hopefully, full of water. If Peter could control it... "Peter, do you see that tank and the water system attached to it?" Damini asked as she stopped next to him, tracing her hand around the tank and pipes. "Yeah," Peter smiled, understanding her plan. "I want you to throw all that water at the snakes, just push to the wall" Peter nodded. He took a huge breath and closed his eyes. The snakes were getting closer and closer. Peter raised both of his arms to his side slowly. Snakes were only 60 metres away. He brought both of his hands in front of him as if pointing towards the tank. 40 meters. Peter exhaled. 20 meters. The tank started shaking violently and so did the water around it. 10 meters. Still shaking. 5 meters. BAM! The whole tank exploded with all the water coming from behind them towards the snakes. Damini could see Peter's face, covered in beads of sweat. His hands were shaking, this was probably taking him a lot of strength. The snakes were all pushed back by the sheer force of water and slammed into the wall. "We need to get out of here," Annabell said. Medusa had dropped Annabell and she had managed to crawl about 20 feet away from her. "Yeah, you're right," Damini said. But she didn't want to leave. There was still one mystery left to solve. Where were her parents? If medusa killed them, Damini isn't going to leave without killing Medusa. But she still had to get her friends out of this. Peter was now drenched in sweat. His whole face was red, he couldn't keep it up much longer. "Peter, when I say 'go' let the water go and run towards the gate on the left." Peter nodded. "3...2...1..GO!" Peter let go, he collapsed on Annabell who grabbed him and ran. The snakes were taking their sweet time getting over the shock. Just in time, all three of them reached the door and shut it. "Dam, listen to me," Annabell breathed. "I just realised. There are two sides to gorgons' blood" Annabell bent down and let Peter sit. "Blood from the right side of a Gorgon's body solves problems and gives life, while the left side makes problems and kills." Annabell's piercing grey eyes gave her a concerned look "Damini, you could be a bane or a boon." Damini let that sink in. She could either solve all of Medusa's problems or kill her. She finally understood the prophecy. Stuck between choices. Being a bane or a boon. She preferred the latter. Peter was out, or just too tired to move. But he opened his eyes "Where are we?" That's when Damini noticed they were in Medusa's collection room.
