The tangible grayness permeating the air, around the new grave outside The Lars Compound.
Two old headstones marked the ground next to the new one, a poignant reminder of the difficulties of life on the harsh world of Tatooine.
The five of them-Cliegg, Anakin, HK-47, Owen, and Beru, had gathered, along with C-3PO, to bid farewell to Shmi.
"I know wherever you are, it's become a better place." Cliegg Lars said, and he took a handful of sand and tossed it on the new grave.
"You were the most loving partner a man could ever have. Goodbye, my darling wife. And thank you."
He glanced briefly at Anakin, then lowered his head and fought back tears. Anakin stepped forward and knelt before the marker.
He picked up a handful of sand and let it slip through his fingers.
"I'm sorry I couldn't save you, Mom." The Young Man said, suddenly feeling more like a boy. His shoulders bobbed once or twice, but he fought to regain control, and took a deep and determined breath.
"I promise I won't fail again."
His breathing came in short rasps as another wave of grief nearly toppled him. But the young Jedi squared his shoulders and determinedly stood up.
"I miss you so much."
Long in the distance a feminine figure, was watching The Funeral using a pair of Macrobinoculars.
Macrobinoculars were a type of electronic binoculars that allowed a user to view distant objects.
She was extremely surprised to see Skywalker here on Tatooine. From what she's heard he hated this planet, with the burning passion of a thousand Suns.
But again, those were just rumors.
However she was even more surprised by The Droid, that stood beside him. It was an HK-Series Assassin Droid.
However she was quickly taken aback once she noticed Young Skywalker staring at her confused.
Mara Jade stumbled back in shock, as she quickly ducked behind a large stone pillar.
She didn't know what happened, all she knew was that Skywalker seamed to have noticed her.
And she couldn't allow that. Because she was here on a mission....

It's been a busy few months for Darth Maul, firstly he established a Reign over Florum.

It was founded at the behest of Darth Maul aimed to get back in the service of Darth Sidious, and by doing such, he had a goal.
He was out to kill Anakin Skywalker...
After Skywalker killed Feral, Maul's New Sith Order, has been hunting for him, but unfortunately it came to no avail, as Skywalker's been unseen for months, ever since the death of his Master.
