Almost 3930-3940 years ago Bastila Shan was holding her newborn baby boy in that of Anakin Shan.

She had a grim look on her face, while looking up at her husband The Former Sith Lord Darth Revan, whom she had married, after The Jedi Civil War ended.

They married and settled on Coruscant, about a year ago, however, their relationship with The Jedi Council failed soon after this, because The Council didn't agree with their marriage, and came to see Revan as a heretic because of his views of love.

Some refused to forgive him for his fall to The Dark Side and others believed that he had led Bastila, whom they had considered their finest student, away from the standard ways of The Jedi.

Bastila sided with her husband in the debate with The Council, and the two sides came to an arrangement.

The Council would not attempt to speak out against their marriage, and in return, Revan agreed not to attempt to spread his new philosophy to the rest of The Order.

Bastila was at first unwilling to accept The Council's terms, but was convinced by Revan that an ideological war with The Council served no purpose.

"Just what are we going to do this illness will claim his life and soon and no one can figure out what it even is much less how to cure it!" Bastila exclaimed to her husband in sadness, lowering her head.

"It's almost as if The Force itself works against us, and wants to claim him." She whispered allowing a lone tear fall from her left eye.

"I don't think that's it Bastila." Revan said trying to calm his wife, but at the end of the day it's devastating for him too. He doesn't want to lose his only son.

He doesn't want to lose his little Anakin.

He's just trying to hold it together for the sake of his wife and child.

"What purpose could there be for his death? And why would The Force grant him such power?" He said trying to bring reason.

They had both sensed The Power he possessed. They had both sensed that he could be more powerful than any Jedi, in history. Neither of them had ever felt such power in their lives. Not even The Star Forge could compare to his potential power.

Both believed that he could be as powerful as such things as Entities, but they couldn't really be completely sure. Since well..... they've never met Force Entities.

"Maybe that's why, The Force wants him. Because of his power?" Bastila suggested. It was obvious she's barely holding herself together same as her husband.

"We will cure him, no matter how far, no matter how wide we have to search The Galaxy, even if I have to fight The Force itself to save him. I promise, I will not let our son die." Revan says with a sad smile.

Bastila touches his face before she gets an amazing but also extremely risky idea.

She would never even have thought of this, nor done it unless it was absolutely necessary. But this is her son's life, so she doesn't care.

Running out of the room Bastila quickly goes and finds a hidden compartment in their apartment opening it up, revealing The Mask she's tried to hide from her husband for so long.

She didn't want to lose him, to his former self but this was the only way she could think of to save her son.

Grabbing The Mask Bastila runs back to her husband who's looking extremely worried since she left without any warning.

But then seeing The Mask she was holding Revan realized, that it was not any random Mask.

Not it was HIS Mask....
