Anakin reeled back quickly, taking a few steps before one of his hands went to his now aching jaw, rubbing it slightly.
"Would it kill you to be slightly less intense when we train? Seriously, I think I end up with more bruises from you then I do from everyone we've met on missions."
"If I did then you would get too cocky and then pirates or any of the other unsavoury characters we meet would take advantage of that and would either shot you or stab you." Qui-Gon rebuked softly, remaining in his fighting stance, hands held loose but ready.
"And I think that I heard from somewhere that those can hurt quite a bit more than a punch. Besides, you're 14 years old now, I'm sure that you can take some hand to hand combat training."
"I still prefer using my lightsaber though." Anakin mumbled.
His Lightsaber was specifically designed to facilitate every Form of Lightsaber Combat, and so he could move without difficulty, so he opted for a considerably more sleek make compared too his own Master, who now had a more clunky Lightsaber, ever since The Battle of Naboo.

Anakin chose to equip his Lightsaber have a dual-phase function, allowing the blade's length to be manually controlled and altered in combat.
After he got his Lightsaber, Anakin quickly mastered Form 2 and Form 7 of Lightsaber Combat.
Form Two also known as Makashi, is a style regarded for its elegance, graceful presentation, and balletic approach in wielding a lightsaber. It was notable for its primary focus on facing a single opponent, preventing disarmament, and quick, very precise strikes.
Form 7 also known as Juyo, is considered the most aggressive and unpredictable disciplines and therefore the most controversial, it was a combat style with a history of The Jedi High Council forbidding it and later allowing only select users to practice the disciplines. It was a style considered both physically and emotionally exhausting.
Anakin however made his own version of both Form 2 and 7, both of which were similar to Vaapad, but without any weakness. His style harnessed his Dark Side abilities while making sure he would never get fully seduced to The Dark Side.
Ever single Master within The Council had been against this, but nobody more so than Mace Windu.
God how he just hated that man.
He could always sense that he was angry at something. It was usually when Anakin himself was around.
Needless to say neither Mace nor Anakin liked each other at all.
Anakin always found Mace to be everything wrong with The Jedi: Dogmatic, Arrogant, and not very Empathetic.
Whenever the two would go on a mission Mace would be cold and treat Anakin as a protocol Droid, and there was nothing he hated more than that.
