A beeping noise wakes me up, my eyes opening to see an unfamiliar room. My skin is burned and my eyes feel a pain behind them.

"Lay down," I hear someone say, my eyes looking to the source.

"Isaac?" I ask, his head nodding.

"You're immune system caused you to collapse. The amount of wolfsbane that was in your system is fatal. You've been slipping in and out of consciousness for the past 24 hours," he explains, my head hurting.

"H-How did I get here?" I ask, my head pulsing with extreme pain.

"When you didn't respond or wake up to Harry, he brought you here because he didn't know what else to do. He's angry and frustrated. No one has been able to get through to him," he explains, tilting my head back and looking into my eyes.

He immediately stops what he's doing, his eyes glazing over in a haze. He's talking to someone.

A curt nod is signaled and he excuses himself. Harry walks in soon after and glares at Isaac, his hand taking mine.

"You don't touch her unless you have my permission," he grits, Isaac nodding before walking out of the room.

"I'm fine," I say, his lips pressed together tightly.

"You didn't wake up. Do you have any idea how scared I was?!" he nearly yells, my body suddenly feeling extremely small.

"Don't you dare tell me you're fine! I'm not letting you out of my sight and no one is allowed to be around you unless I give them permission," he states, eyes turning a deep red.

"Get out," I whisper, trembling with fear of him. I don't like seeing him so angry and he needs to calm down.

"Get out? Get out?! Shut the fuck up, Mae. You can't tell me to get out!" he yells, my eyes building with tears. I'm weak and mentally hurting; this adds to the pain. I feel pathetic.

"You're scaring me," I cry, curling into the bed in fear.

His jaw clenches and I close my eyes, hating his anger. I hear the door shut and I cry into my hands, two hands wrapping around my wrists.

"Look at me," Harry says, softening his tone.

"Mae," he tries, but I shake my head. I pull away from him and wipe my tears, his insistence irritating me. He's completely bi-polar right now.

"Esmae, look at me," he groans, my hands grabbing his wrists and shoving him away.

"Stop it! You can't do this to me!" I yell, his face still in a hard expression.

"What happened to you? You're just as angry and closed off as you were when I first met you. I don't even recognize you. You're scaring me and pushing me to my limits when I thought you were over this. What happened the last 24 hours? You loved me then, and now you're acting like this?" I ask, only realizing my words once his eyes go wide and his jaw drops.

"W-What?" he stutters, my head shaking.

"It doesn't matter, anyways. I'm growing tired of this bi-polar side of you," I say, his chest heaving.

"Stop, wait. Don't push me away," he says, his voice soft. He moves his body closer to me and I shut my eyes, refusing to look into his. I look into his, I will cave.

"How do you know?" he asks, my eyebrows frowning.

"Mae, talk to me. I need you to understand what I'm going through and you won't when you shut me out," he says, my eyes rolling.

"You were shutting me out a minute ago," I say, his lips releasing a sigh.

"Mae, I'm angry because it's in my nature. You suffered while I've had to watch. It's only natural and I took my anger out but it shouldn't have been on you and I'm so sorry. Please, tell me how you know," he tries, my eyes shutting.
