"I still don't understand why you're even with him. He's so...... and you're so....... it just doesn't make sense," Abby said.
"What can I say. Love blinds us all."
"No the only thing blinding you is his charm and good looks," Emma stated with a smirk.
"What's wrong with that? He's handsome, sweet, intelligent...."
"Oh yeah so intelligent that he can't even get a job on his own. He has to go to daddy for one."
"Whatever," I answered trying to change the subject.
"Let's go I wanna leave," Shawn said with bloodshot eyes.
"But we just got here."
"And now I'm telling you we're leaving."
The look in his eye started to scare me about what was going to happen. Knowing how drunk he was, I decided to listen and finish my drink.
"Goodbye ladies this was fun."
"Bye Liv!"
As soon as I was alone, Abby whispered in my ear.
"Don't let him drive and text me when you get home so I know you're okay," she said sternly with a look of concern.
"Okay, I will."
